My dad and I came here today to dine in since we were craving for Pizza Hut. We sit down at a dining table and waited 10 minutes to be served. So I went and told the workers there that we were dining in and ready to be served. So I sit back down to my table waiting. And another 5 to 8 minutes no one came to our table but served other customers that were dining in. After that both my dad and I left, would never come back to visit this location again. The one Sudley Rd is a much better experience.

They don’t deliver….DoorDash delivers; which means when things go sideways…both point fingers at each other and leave you having to go pick-up the other half of your order…because why would i trust a failed system a second time.

I love this Pizza Hut, but this is the 2nd time in just a few orders I’ve ordered a Tavern style pizza and the seasoning was completely forgotten. That’s the whole appeal of it. The pizza melts have always been my favorite, so when I saw the tavern style pizza come out, I knew it’d be my go to, but unfortunately now I’m pressured to remember to always check my carryout order, and this time I forgot.

Got an email announcing a new deep dish pizza at pizza hut. Dine in only. I love a good deep dish, and haven’t been satisfied with any outside of Chicago. So I was psyched to try the huts.
Let me first say this was an excellent pizza, perfect deep dish, it was as good as I have had anywhere. I will be back.
That said, as I mentioned, it’s dine in only. I see why, it has to be in the pan or it falls apart, as any real deep dish would.
But you can’t preorder dine in on the app, nor online. Pizza huts online apps really stink. Ok, so I drove in. The kid behind the counter didn’t know the two styles available ( pepperoni or meaty). So I said pepperoni and sausage . Then I sat down and saw the table tent pictured, saying the types. I went straight back up and showed him the ad, and said, I want meaty. “But I already put it in”. I told him to change it. He whined again, I already put it in.
He didn’t know the menu, then he couldn’t be bothered to fix it. I might add, we were the only customers in the place!
Later, after about 10 minutes, the cook/manager came out to tell us the deep dish takes 20 minutes (I expected it would, it’s deep dish) I mentioned I wanted meaty, and he said he would make it, and did.
When it came out, all hot and pretty, it was fantastic.
Bottom line, call ahead, the app won’t work, the website won’t work, and you want them to start it for you so you don’t wait half an hour. And don’t count on any table service nor anyone who knows the menu. But if you get past the hurdles, that is one great pie.

Terrible service-Slow. I waited patiently for 15 minutes in line to pick up an order placed 30 minutes prior online, but when it was my turn another customer came up and the cashier began to assist them.
Update 11/28/25—-Service continues to be terrible. Cashier said they can’t cook the pizza well done because they are too busy. Vegetables were literally raw on the pizza.

I really regret why I even ordered my Pizza here . I ask for light sauce , put a lot of sauce . The woman who made the pizza did not even have gloves on. She goes somewhere , touch boxes to put the rest of the cheese in the prep area and prep the pizza , never seen wash her hands . I just payed for it and did not even care to eat it.
