I ordered 2 breadsticks (cheesy and garlic) and the chicken Alfredo pasta.
The breadsticks were honestly disappointing. The bottom smelled sour, almost like vinegar, and they tasted the same way. Fresh bread should not taste sour like that. It made me question how fresh the dough was.
The chicken Alfredo pasta had almost no flavor. It tasted like plain, wet, cheesy pasta with no seasoning. Very bland and not what I expected at all.
Overall, this order did not meet basic quality expectations. I hope this location pays more attention to freshness and seasoning.

1 extra lager pizza with pepperoni, pineapple and sausage
20 cheese sticks
wings/fries
The pizza was burnt and hardly had cheese or pineapple.
The cheese sticks are coated in seasoning and the box was shut in the middle of a row of sticks. the red dye of the box was rubbing off on my food.
wings not coated in sauce but ok.
Fries AMAZING FRIES.

TLDR: careless/disinterested service, and $2.99 blind charge for tap water.
Y’all, I REALLY wanted to like this place. I’m a lifelong Pizza Hut devotee. I dined in with 2 of my kids today hoping to pass on the warm nostalgic vibes of my childhood. Big mistake. DO NOT DINE IN. You have been warned. Here’s the breakdown:
Food: good! It’s Pizza Hut. The food was as expected! The only saving grace of the evening.
Menu issues: Menus have no prices. Was told of a $3 personal pan pizza special but was charged $8.18. Was charged $3 for each TAP WATER – no conversations or warnings up front (and of course not mentioned on the menu). I asked the water charge be removed. They refused.
Service: atrocious. They brought our basket of wings but no plates, no silverware, no napkins, no drinks (the aforementioned waters) until AFTER we finished eating the wings. Seemed like the server was trying to avoid us. Couldn’t get her attention as she just stayed in the back. Never once asked us for refills or if we needed anything. She only had 1-2 other tables. I had to take it upon myself to grab the salad bar bowls as our “plates” for the wings. They brought another table an uncut pizza (for dine-in) and when they asked that it be cut, the server said that “they don’t cut the pizzas.” I overheard this and was equally as astonished as these patrons. They did end up cutting after some insistence. In summary – they only ever brought us anything if explicitly asked. Was perhaps the worst restaurant service I have ever received especially considering there were only 2 other groups (couples) in the restaurant.
On the water charge, which really irked me because I thought it was a sneaky thing they hoped we’d overlook – I noticed the charge ($2.99 each for the 3 of us – so $8.97 – they rung it up as soft drinks…). I questioned it and asked it be removed. The manager came out and resolutely refused and said there was no way she could remove the charge. Chat, you’ve been forewarned.
I may never dine in at a Pizza Hut ever again and certainly never again at this location.

This amazing girl named Vanessa Y. helped me throughout my time there, she was courteous and patient whilst I decided what I wanted to order. She recommended me the Supreme Pizza with some Wings. It was magnificent. I stopped there after my very difficult day, and Vanessa brightened up my day by being so kind, friendly, and just an overall good presence. If I were a manager there, I would give her a raise, because this is a worker you want to treat very well. Thank you for my wonderful time, and wonderful pizza.

Stopped here to eat while killing time before our avril lavigne concert. Not sure why so many bad reviews are listed here but let me add my two cents in. I thought the place was very nice and clean. I haven’t found to many sit in pizza huts still left. The waiter greeted us upon entering. Took our order within a few minutes . We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and honey BBQ wings. Plus we had a salad. Everything was hot and delicious. No complaints at all on the food or service. My only improvement cause I don’t want to say complaint was the lack luster 2020 covid style menu they handed us inside a clear 3 hole sheet protector. Let’s fix that….

I heard about this Pizza Hut on TikTok of course. We drove almost 1 hour to experience the early 2000’s style of Ayce. The buffet supposed to start at 11:30 am, however, we were not able to experience this buffet. We were informed that, they received a large pizza order so they will not be honoring the advertised buffet. There was no manager at the restaurant at the time. We basically spent time and gas for no reason. The staff was NOT friendly and seem to not care. Thanks. Tiktok @28screwsinmyback
