I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to this time! The customer service I got from he said his name was Abinizer or ab something was on another level. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and was super friendly and patient with me while I was ordering. You can tell he actually enjoys helping people — it didn’t feel forced at all.
He made sure everything was right with my order, and even when the store got busy, he still checked on everyone and kept that same positive attitude. That kind of service is rare these days!
I literally asked him what his shift is so I can come only when he’s working because the difference between him and some of the other shifts is HUGE. Pizza Hut, if you’re reading this — don’t lose this guy!

I went to this location on February 21st, 2024 at 10:35PM and I ordered a personal pan pizza and 6 piece wings. When I bit into one of my wings it looked rotten on the inside I can’t even describe what it is so I will attach pictures for proof. I’m very disappointed and disgusted I threw up after seeing what I had bitten into and I was crying I could not believe my eyes. Something needs to be done about this immediately it’s a safety hazard to the community and it’s not fair.

Absolutely terrible experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an order and waited for hours—the pizza never showed up. No update, no driver, nothing. Tried calling their customer service line, sat on hold for 30 minutes, finally got someone, and then they hung up on me. Called back, waited on hold for another hour, and still got no help, no refund, and no pizza.
This isn’t just bad service—it’s complete incompetence. Pizza Hut clearly doesn’t care about their customers or their time. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

I had a taste for a pan pizza and this location just opened up recently so I decided to give it a try. The pepperoni pan pizza was great but I wished they’d cut the pizza better. I had to recut a lot of the slices. The store was new and clean.

It was great! It would’ve been 5 stars if the bread was a little thicker. I ordered the correct type of pizza but this time the dough wasn’t as thick as I wanted. Other than that it was a great order! Food was nice and hot! Would/ Have definitely ordered again!

There is no way that I should have to ever wait 1 hour 15 min for a Pizza Hut pizza. Especially after calling it in before arriving to pick-up. I pulled up to an extremely backed up restaurant. I asked to speak with a supervisor and this gentleman (who was working the register and phone orders the whole time) said that he was :). I then ask for a business card with the general manager name. And then he replies that he was the general manager as well 🙂 The receipt I was given didn’t have any information regarding the store. Just my order. So here I am now, a disappointed customer who will not be returning based on the poor service and mediocre pizza I received here yesterday. Unless under new “management”. I paid for an underwhelmed because I have a child to feed. As a paying customer I expect good quality food and for my food to be correct as ordered.

The worst ever! Spent $40 on food that wasn’t delivered and when I contacted them for my missing items and the 2 pizzas I got was cold and the soda was hot they got an attitude with me immediately like THEY paid for my food! Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy and management purposely had me on hold for 40min after talking to me like I OWEHIM SOMETHING! I’M PISSED AND WILL NEVER AGAIN! Don’t patronize this location because clearly they don’t want to do their jobs anyway.

I’ve loved Pizza Hut since childhood so it is a permanent staple in my life, when it comes to eating fast food pizza and I’m not amused with their competitors racist antics enough to spend my hard earned money anywhere else. This particular location is in a good neighborhood but their service needs work. In the early afternoon the gentleman are sweet but will put you on hold for 20 minutes instead of just committing to one order before moving to the next order. The night shift is a whole other story, if you’re lucky you’ll get a cool young guy to take your phone order but the lady I spoke to a few months ago spoke like I was bothering her ordering pizza from PIZZA HUT!??!?!?! None the less I will order again
