Ordered via app with specials for takeout, OfCourse this location is just take-out. This one is located within a tight spot where now Handels ice cream shop is located too. The shared parking lot makes it challenging for customers to get in and get out. The Pizza and wings were made as per the order. The staff was cool and handed out my order. Good pizza location in the area.

Overall, my experience at Pizza Hut was positive, with the regular pizzas meeting expectations in taste and quality. However, my disappointment stemmed from the specialty pizza, which was made incorrectly. This oversight was particularly disheartening as it was the primary reason for my order. This Pizza hut has always been a favorite of mine. From their customer service to their willingness to go above and beyond for every customer.
Their store has always been clean when I walk in and the staff is always friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve never had to return a pizza here and they are liberal with the toppings. It’s nice to have toppings from the first bite to the last. <3

If you’re getting pan pizza, order from West Chester location. Both pan pizzas I ordered were flat and didn’t taste very good. If I had to guess the doughs weren’t defrosted right and the pizzas were also cooked too quickly.
I’ll make the extra drive to West Chester next time, never again.

I only have one issue and its every time I order the cheesy bread sticks all the sauce cups are half full.. every time.. you guys just end up giving away free cups of sauce when the customer complains anyway so why not just fill them up from the gate.
