Finally a Pizza Hut in South Philly!!! Been waiting for this to open for a while now. Got takeout tonight, place is a bit of an odd vibe inside, but whatever it’s a take out place so who cares. Pizza was decently priced with deals, it was ready on time, and it tasted exactly how Pizza Hut pizza should taste 🙂 Also loved the addition of pepperoni cups.

I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut on Snyder Ave! The service was fast, the food was fresh and delicious, and the place was clean. I especially want to mention Nicole, who was absolutely amazing and wonderful! She was friendly, patient, and very professional. She made sure everything was perfect and treated us with kindness. Finally, the Hut has come back to South Philadelphia!!!! First, prepare to wait 15 to 20 minutes if you didn’t do Pick Up. Second, no physical menus. No menu board. Third, suggestion: get a microphone/speaker or cut holes in the plexiglass to take orders. Fourth, another suggestion: do the split door top/bottom where handing out the food. Fifth, I know you’re new. You guys are finding your groove. Take your time. Deep breath. You guys will be great. Lastly, the food hits the nostalgic feels!!!! Thank you!!!!

The front cashier is very friendly and sweet. I ask for pizza seasoning and she said they sell them in $1.50 bottles now, but she offered to give me some of the pizza hut pizza dust as they call it and even offer me napkins and plates. None of the other pizza huts I’ve been to around the region gives this level of customer service. She’s a true gem and this location needs to do whatever they can to keep her.

Very pleased to have a new Pizza Hut so close by.
So far we have only ordered via door dash and the “ultimate hut bundle”.
I can honestly say so far the quality has been great, they don’t forget anything, they send the food out immediately it always arrives hot and is made without delay.
I hope they are able to maintain this quality, as it is very enjoyable to have so close by and having reliable service.

I’m so glad this location opened on Snyder Ave! Very fast and efficient. Good quality! One time I ordered delivery directly from Pizza Hut and instead of increasing my wait time they subcontracted to DoorDash at no additional cost!

A new Pizza Hut so I decided to visit. Breadsticks and Melt were made delicious by the male in the back. Female cashier in front was very reluctant to show my order but eventually acquiesced. Obviously South Philadelphia employees worked well. Quickly disinfected the front area between customers. Be sure to speak loudly because the bulletproof glass diminished employees hearing. Great new Pizza Hut!

Went in on Wednesday morning for Pizza and Wings. The food was amazing. Nicole who took my order was so helpful. She brought a smile to my day. Great way to start my Wednesday greeted by Nicole’s attitude and beautiful smile. Will definitely make this a Wednesday tradition.
