I had a terrible experience ordering from Pizza Hut. I placed an online order that said it would be delivered by 2:30 PM. By 3:00 PM, there was still no food and no updates online, so I called the store.
The employee told me the order was ready but that “there’s no one here for it,” and then hung up on me. I called back to ask how long it would take to get a driver, and he said, “I don’t know, we don’t have drivers here,” and hung up again.
When I called a third time, he said he didn’t know when it would arrive. I told him I wanted a refund, and he said it was canceled. However, the online status still didn’t show it as canceled. I had to call yet again to clarify. He told me, “If the food comes, it comes.” When I asked directly whether it was canceled or not, he said it was canceled — but still refused to give a clear, consistent answer.
The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication, rude service, and no accountability. I will never order from here again.

If you enjoy undercooked dough and unmelted cheese on your pizza, then this is your place. Never seen a pan pizza come out so poorly. Disgusting.

I work in the area. We order for pick up online. Typically a 20 minute wait and then I walk over. Night shift has very poor line management. I’m often ignored or intentionally skipped. Forcing a longer wait. Despite how rudely I’m handled and spoken too I try to be polite / diplomatic since I work close & the whole team I manage eats there frequently but after looking at the reviews it’s pretty obvious that it’s not just us and I’m hoping someone that matters notices. The manager at night (specifically tonight sep 22) will continue this trend of poor experiences & low reviews.

Listen to the low reviews. The place is the size of a closet with far too few workers for a Center City location. I don’t blame workers for the long wait times- looking at the order screen the location is obviously swarming them with orders too much for three people cooking in a veritable broom closet. Despite understanding that, the food was truly a disappointment. I ordered extra sauce on my pizza and got such a dry slice of cardboard I was thankful I left no tip.
It’s such an awkward place to pick up from too. Imagine seven people squeezed into a bathroom, waiting for food to be given through a metal drawer-grate. No line, no attention from staff, awkward cutting, and several people walking out cursing after 18 minutes of waiting.
Just go to a local pizza spot. May be more money, but hell, it’ll be just as mediocre and at least you’d get your food quick.

Ordered through uber eats. I did a scheduled order hours ahead for 6:45-7:15 arrival . Didn’t even get made. Arrival time kept moving further and further back to 8pm and then ended up cancelling

I only received two out of the three items I ordered, and my double order of breadsticks was missing. When I called to address the issue, I was hung up on twice. On my third attempt, I spoke with an employee named John, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I would have to pay for another order if I wanted it delivered. To make matters worse, the pizza arrived cold. This was a terrible experience—awful customer service and poorly handled mistakes. I will never order from here again.
