Why do I do this to myself with this place. There is ALWAYS an issue ordering from here and with the amount they charge you would think I would learn my lesson. I have had so many issues, it is ridiculous and the newest… I ordered for delivery. Eta 6:0. I then get a text they gave it to a door dasher so of course now the time is pushed back by 10 mins and when I do get it, it is cold.. NOTE TO SELF AND ALL OTHERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COSTS IN 2026

All these old bad reviews, they definitely improved. I ordered through the website instead of Uber or DoorDash to save. I found that my order was correct and it smells and looks good. I ordered when it wasn’t crowded, so I don’t know how is for example Sunday night, you know?

Hit or miss. They have burnt my pizza in the passed so now I don’t leave w/o checking. They forgot my wings and now, they dont charge for blue cheese even when u order buffalo wings.

The pizza isn’t the same nor the bread sticks. Really went down in quality. I use to love pizza hut. Now just nasty food. 2nd time there and both times the food was the same if not worse. Nothing but bread hardly any sauce or cheese. Large pizza at $25 dollars with tax.

This review is purely about the food. I had given up on Pizza Hut years ago but my boyfriend ordered us the pan pizza and I almost felt like a kid again when I tasted it! It made me happy. I honestly can’t rank food I never received. For some reason I placed two online orders. The first one alerted me the order was on its way (with a drivers name) after 20 minutes, suddenly I received “your order was cancelled”. I ordered again and within 1 min the order was cancelled again.
I gave up to avoid charges being cancelled.
I’m not sure why my order was being cancelled it never offered an explanation.

I $30.73 on a big box of pizza with boneless chicken wings and i use to get a free dipping sauce. But time I couldn’t get a free dipping sauce now I gotta pay and they guy was rude when I ask for why I couldn’t get a free sauce. I spend all this money and y’all can’t give me a free sauce.

Pizza Hut reviewed my complaint and refunded the money. It seems they are willing to resolve issues. I had written that complaint on their website, so if you’re looking to get an issue resolved, then file a complaint on their website. I’m increasing my rating to 3 stars. If I happen to eat here again, I will increase the rating, if the quality of their food improves. They claim they have adjusted their oven temps. The owners of this store should pay close attention that they are following the franchises rules for making the food.

Pizza and cheese sticks arrived burnt. Requested entire order be replaced. 2nd delivery was burnt to a crisp. Cheese should not look, and have a texture like, Ghandi’s flip-flop. Disgusting! I have formally requested a refund from the main website and will file a grievance with the BBB, if it is not fulfilled, because I’m too embarrassed and furious to talk to any of the staff at the place itself.

Tried to call in and order twice and they never picked up, waited over 40 mins on the phone. Ordered online and the food came cold and with half the stuff I ordered missing. Basically eating two different styles of plain bread since I don’t have marinara sauce nor the icing. Definitely not going back to this Pizza Hut. They have definitely lowered the standards for Pizza Hut as a whole. Probably the worst experience with them.

I want to personally thank Abdul Hamid for his excellent service. Pizza Hut Friday’s is a family tradition, and every time I see and am served by Abdul it’s like seeing family. I am greeted by a smile and handshake. He is the best! I recently moved to the area and could not ask for a better friend at Pizza Hut, home of my favorite pizza. Thank you Abdul Hamid for making me feel welcome and seen and an individual not just a customer. You sir are the best!
