I can’t get my Problems resolved over the Phone with Pizza Hut Directly. Since the Manager decided to put on a hold for almost an hour. They Delivered a pizza I’ve Cold and shuffled around!! Avoid at all cost.

Ordered a mushroom pizza, adding onions and green peppers on 1 half. The entire half of pizza that was supposed to be mushroom only has exactly 3 HALF pieces of mushrooms on it. They couldn’t even put a whole mushroom piece?? Pizza Hut charges $2 per topping, a giant bag of mushrooms costs $2 at the store, and they can’t put $0.02 worth of mushrooms on the pizza?? Insane.. There is also only 2 pieces of onion on the other half. There’s a problem with food quality and overcharging customers at this Pizza Hut

Before placing the order, the mobile app indicated a 30-minute wait time. I arrived 25 minutes after placing the order to see if it might be ready. The staff politely asked if I was ordering or picking up. After giving my name, I was quickly handed our order, and the pizzas were nice and hot. We ordered three Pan Pizzas, a Cheese, Backyard BBQ, and Super Supreme, and they all tasted good. It is nice to have a Pizza Hut back in the area after so many recent closures. We will be back when we need to satisfy our Pan Pizza cravings.

I came here on the 18th for the free 100 Pizza giveaway and I was able to get one of the free pizzas. It is a very nice Pizza Hut, the employees are very nice and helpful, the service was pretty quick too. The store is on the small side but it’s understandable since it is in a pretty small little shopping strip. Would definitely come back and order again.

I tried to give this Pizza Hut another try but all I get is an uncooked low quality pizza. I always select a pan pizza and they give me hand tossed pizza and doughy. I ordered 2 types of Breadsticks one regular one dessert and they put them in the same box. It’s just always a disappointment and not Pizza Hut quality. I will never got to this location again. You have been warned.

Got cheesy bread lastnight and got home and saw it was all burnt. The girl did seem like she was rushing with tryna get food out the big oven, but either way I couldnt even eat it! Other day had pizza but pizza wasnt all that. The only thing thats good is the mini cinnabon. I havent had pizza hut in years. I guess I see why.

At one point we We’re active Pizza Hut customers, but after an incident, we stopped using Pizza Hut several years ago. Yesterday, my wife suggested we try a meat lovers from Pizza Hut. I ordered it along with some side item. I called and asked if I could get a tiny bit of caramelized onions, and a container to put on my pizza; explaining my wife is allergic to onions, and I have to do it that way the clerk who answered the phone perplexed because I had to request three times and then I asked, I speak to somebody. She spoke to somebody and that person seemed annoyed when they got on the phone. I explained again what I wanted, and was told “we don do dat.” Any other restaurant we use, they gladly accommodate. I even offered to pay for the onions and I was told the same thing. When I arrived, I told him my name was Joe, followed by “ on the guy that called about the onions.” One of the girls in the store glared at me the entire time I waited. I got my pizza outside and took a look to make sure there were no onions on it and was astonished to find out that the pizza was the size of other stores medium pizzas for over $20 that I paid. I had paid a 13% tip when I ordered online and they sure took that tip. If I didn’t known, I was gonna get the snarky treatment and refuse my request. I would never have given them a tip, and we always tip. I use the online contact us form last night and haven’t heard from Pizza Hut, so I guess they don’t really give a damn so we’re done with Pizza Hut probably for the next decade.

1500 Chester Pike Pizza Hut Location staff is the best. The staff are very professional and I can tell the cooks care about the food they are putting out. If I give instructions on my pizza, the cook always follows the instructions. I will keep ordering from this certain location for a long time.

Just ridiculous pizza was burnt, and they gave it to us this way. I will never, I mean, never go back to this pizza hut they don’t care about they customers if you value your hard earned money stay far away from this place you will get better food at a local pizza shop
