I visited Pizza Hut and the food was good and fresh. However, there was no greeting from the staff when I arrived, which made the service feel a little unfriendly. A simple welcome would make the experience much better. Overall, the food quality was good.

Was so good when it first opened. Now everything is under cooked’l, burnt, or slobbered in grease. Order delivery and they give you a doordash driver with three other deliveries and instead of bringing yours first since its closest they’ll deliver an order 2 towns over THEN turn around and come with ur food so its nice and cold.

Need more assistance. There were 2 workers on a Monday night and it was extremely busy. Had to wait 20 extra minutes for my order to be completed. Other than that, the service wasn’t terrible and the manager tried to accommodate some, but he had to help cook.

Took my kids in to pick up a carry out order. They LOVED the Christmas hats and musical timer. It was a slammed Friday night, but everyone was still pleasant. My only complaint is that the pizza could have been a little more well done.

I have ordered from this Brookhaven, Pa location several times in the last few months. My orders are always exactly as I want, ready for pick up at specified time, hot & delicious. I really love the new crafted flat, they are a great value & perfect size for one person. Would love more topping options on them!! Staff is always very friendly & helpful.

My order was canceled with zero notification. The store is completely ignoring all phone calls. I was calling to confirm whether the order was coming, and finally got through to the corporate call center about 45 minutes after I placed my order when it became overdue. Call center was able to see it was cancelled but I received no email, text, call about it. We were banking on this, what a letdown.

Total growing pains at this location and sorely understaffed – need to set realistic expectations on when orders will actually be ready. I drove 25 minutes to arrive at the “ready by” time and waited another 40 for two pizzas that were both made wrong. A regrettable first experience – hopeful they’ll get their act together so I can try them in a year (maybe).

I placed an order on Saturday 11/22 the pizza was never delivered and after I called and spoke to the manager he claimed he was canceling the order and issuing a refund. I was never refunded and when I stopped in the physical store they claimed they already issued cash to someone for my refund to whom I have no idea. The cashier refused to give me my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE RATCHET AND SCAMMERS.
Update: I asked to speak to the manager, owner of the store or corporate office about my complaint and the cashier called the Brookhaven Police on me. I will never order from here again.
