I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food was completely unacceptable. The pasta was smothered in way too much sauce, cold in the middle, and ultimately inedible. The pizza was even worse — overloaded with sauce and cheese, leaving the dough severely undercooked and the cheese unevenly melted. The quality was so poor that everything ended up in the trash. We drive 25 minutes to pick up pizza. I definitely won’t be ordering again.

I would not recommend getting delivery from this Pizza Hut. We ordered a hand tossed pizza and it took 1and 1/2 hours to get it. It arrived lukewarm and was flat like somebody sat on it. The time before that we never got it. Waited 2 hours for delivery and when we still didn’t have it called about the order. Ended up being put on hold for 1/2 hour and never talked to anyone. Also the time before that we waited for 1 and 1/2 hours and when it arrived it was only lukewarm. Done ordering pizza for delivery from this place.

This had to be by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I am a pizza kid at heart and grew up on going to the Hut every Friday. Every Friday my family from Jersey would come out here and we would go to different huts to eat. I loved the rich flavor and gooey cheese, with the greasy crust.
What I experienced yesterday was probably one of the worst foodS I have EVER HAD!
Not only was my food cold (This I would be ok with because I don’t mind microwaving food.) But it seemed fake. I felt the whole time that this was worse than little Caesar’s that I pay $5 for a pizza. It lacked flavor and barely had cheese or toppings. I know that we’re all trying to save money (hence the reason why I went here) but I felt totally scammed and like I wasted my money. I wasted my money and my family couldn’t even eat. We have 2 boxes of left over garbage. The food was hard and seemed very plastic like.
I don’t know how they are still in business!

If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever the older dude is with grey hair and a pack of cigs sticking out of his shirt pocket is should be fired. I did a mobile order online paid and tipped online. I go to pickup the food Cesar salad wasn’t with the meal. Guy goes and throws a whole bunch of slimey salad in a container and says I’m good to go I say “thankyou have a good night” I turn around and this dude has the audacity to say “hey buddy thank for the tip” I ALREADY TIPPED ONLINE! Luckily I wasn’t in the mood to begin with or else the result probably woulda been different. In no way should he be any part of customer service. 9/26 roughly 8pm it happened. Not to mention the food was cold and absolutely awful. What an absolute waste. Don’t go here not only has the food gone downhill the staff especially the grumpy guy are awful.

Firstly, several hairs in my food. They forgot to make my fries until I was leaving, so didn’t even get everything I paid for. A/C apparently does work as it was awfully hot. The restaurant itself was dirty, the plate for the salad was dirty.
The only close to decent thing here was the guy that took my order was pleasant and had okay customer service, but no remediation for any of the problems.
Safe to say I probably won’t be back here again.

The pizza is always really good but holy cow did my $20 supreme lack toppings. Super chinzy Pizza Hut. I’m not giving another dollar til you start getting real with stuff. Probably $3 worth of ingredients and 5 minutes time from an employee making $9-12/hr. Sickening profit. Stop being cheap. Your pasta bowls are tiny for the price too.
**edit one year later**
I have drop the review to a 1 star from 2 because I gave it another chance after a year thinking maybe they got better, but nope! Probably even less toppings than before and this time the pizza was $23 for a very small “large” that was a little bigger than 12 inches with pepperoni/sausage stuffed crust. Just terrible. Tasted good but for that much should be able to feed at least a family of 4. Was enough just for my son and I. Pizzas used to be $8-10 for a 16-18″ Large, now it’s 12-13″ for $23. Tastes great, LESS FILLING! Tip on me picking it up was expected on the order (min- 18%- max- 25%). It’s not the employees. It’s these greedy companies that demand massive profit for their shareholders and won’t pay their workers enough without passing the cost on to us. Gotta keep those shareholders happy, right?

We had 2 personal pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Everything was hot and ready when we arrived. We were able to sit at a table, but no dining room service. They will give cups, plates and napkins when you eat in.

First time ordering from this location and most likely my last. I’ve been eating stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut since it’s inception in 1995. So I know how it’s supposed to look and taste. And the one I got from this location wasn’t up to Pizza Hut standards.

I went in with my children to pick up the order I had placed- when I got there, an employee by the name of Jim was talking on the phone, he had his finger stuck in his ear to better hear the person on the other side. He got off the phone and began to help us with our order. He realized our order had not been started yet so he went to the back kitchen to start it. I saw him take out the dough and stretch it out and start reaching for ingredients, I inquired from the counter if he was going to wash his hands before he began making our food and he reluctantly disappeared for just a couple seconds before coming back with gloves. He then came back to the counter and shouted at me that by law he did not have to wash his hands. I pointed out that since he had his finger in his ear and he had been rubbing his face, he did in fact need to wash his hands. He continued to disagree and stated “the oven will sanitize anything”. The restaurant was not busy at the time I had arrived, and there was no reason for Jim to be so aggressive.

On September 27 I made an order at 4:52 PM Apparently, there was no apartment address and my order wasn’t delivered. Due to phone service. I had my daughter contact to find out the status. They gave my food to someone else and they had to remake it. They remade it sent It for delivery and put it as COD. The DoorDasher was very rude and he had someone else with him that yelled at me and tried to accuse me of stealing. When I showed proof that I originally paid for the order. I don’t know what the discrepancy is or was, but I know I paid for my food. I will not be ordering from this place again, and that DoorDash guy and his female partner that came needs to be reported. I had to call the police because of how they were behaving and the lady gave me the middle finger. FOOD WAS NOT HOT!!!
