My mom and I ordered the food and there weren’t any issues there. One of the pizzas came out with the dough still basically raw (it was sticking to the box. I watched one of the workers who were handling the food chew his nails and not wash or even sanitize his hands. I suggest going to another store or just a different chain instead. It’s not good, and far from safe. Had them remake the pizza. Came out fine the 2nd time, but it should have been fine the 1st.
Edit: Chicken was rubbery. I found out that they dumpster dive the Dollar General next door. For your health, seriously, please do NOT eat here.

On January 30, 2026, I ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle from the Pizza Hut located on Wyoming Ave in Kingston for my daughter’s movie night. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, one of the pizzas had what clearly looked like a body hair mixed in with the cheese. It was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
I called the store immediately to report the issue so they could come pick it up, and I requested a refund. Since then, I have been calling repeatedly. Each time I was told that the manager was not available, that he would arrive after 1 PM, and that he would call me back — but I never received a call.
Today, February 18th, I called again. I had to raise my voice just to be taken seriously. The employee told me my refund would only be $5, but that he could not process it because only the manager could do it — and now the manager is supposedly on leave.
This experience has been frustrating, unsanitary, and extremely unprofessional. Not only was the food unacceptable, but the lack of customer service and follow-up has made the situation even worse. I will be going in person on Friday and hope this issue is finally resolved.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, now I know why Pizza Hut is fading away into a memory as the regular locations closed and turned into these tiny little places with zero skills to even complete a simple order. Food allergy was ignored when we made sure to specify that, still ended up with mushrooms and an incorrect pizza only to be talked to like a bad child when it was THEIR mistake!!!

First time having Pizza Hut in 30 years. My wife wanted the meat lovers pan pizza which was fine. But the hot honey boneless bites were really bad. They were all spice and no flavor and they gave me a headache from how hot they were. I would avoid the hot honey bites for sure.

I ordered online and the wait was 30mins for delivery. I proceed to wait 1hr total and to receive my pizza barely warm. The pizza is extremely sad looking and so are the breadsticks. Additionally, the pizza had little to no sauce. This is my second time ordering from this location and definitely my last.

Pizza was great, cheese sticks were good & the wings were the best. The marinara & blue cheese sauce was good aswell. Delivery was quick. Dominos needs the competition, pizza has been falling off a cliff for awhile. Side note; they did mistake buffalo for BBQ.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered delivery, was out for delivery for 45 minutes when I live 5 minutes away. Then open up the chicken bites to find a big clump of hair as if it fell on the floor and they just threw it back in. Not to mention nothing was hot.

My step son ordered for delivery at the long term home he lives in, because he is paralyzed.
I had him order it online using my debit card.
He had his order setup for delivery. He called his mother and said the order is taken too long.
My wife called and asked why it is so long to deliver. The manager said they did not have a driver for the night. They changed his order to pickup. My wife said my son is in long term care and is paralyzed. How can he pick it up?
You need to send somebody to bring him his order, which was pizza and wings. The manager was very rude to my wife and said that is not going to happen. I had the only car and was at work.. my wife asked for a full refund and was told no no no no no refunds. We both tried filling out forms from pizza hut corporate with zero results. I reported it to the better business bureau. No results with them either. It took my bank institution 2 months to get a refund.
Never again with pizza hut. We are now going to be using dominos. We never had a problem with them delivering to my stepson’s room at the long term care.
