Worst pizza experience ever. Food was at least over an hour old sitting in the window. They said that it’s not their fault that we ordered the pizza wrong? When you order 2 large pizzas you expect 2 large pizzas not 2 circles of cardboard and not even refunding the food is rediculous 0/10 do not recommend

So, I will not be ordering from here again. I don’t want to put the employees out, they did nothing wrong and I feel genuinely sorry for them. But for a Saturday night, management should really have more than two people working and an in house delivery driver. I made my order at 7:30pm, the site said it would arrive around 7:50pm, that’s great. 8pm rolls around and the time of delivery is pushed back. An hour and a half goes by and still nothing so I call to see if something was wrong with the order and they explain the situation. Two hours now and my food hasn’t arrived. My doordash driver has gone off to other adventures and I can’t blame them for that either. I wouldn’t wait for food that isn’t even ready when it says it is. Overall it took about three hours to get my food, people shouldn’t be treated like this due to a lack of help. The food was cold obviously, so that seemed a waste of everyone’s time.

I place my order at 6:15 pm today and over an hour later it still wasn’t ready. The manager on duty told me it was because they were short-handed but I’ve worked in a Pizza Hut before. Short-handed or not, there’s no excuse for me having to wait over an hour for my order!

I got diarrhea from their pizza. Ate one slice and thru the rest away. DO NOT EAT HERE. Unless you need to lose some weight. Will not add photos of the aftermath of eating here.

I craved some greasy pizza. Five hours out, stomach is ok.
The pizza oven is way to hot; see photo. The cheese is burning. Used pay at store and used cash, no problems with being charged twice.

Horrible services, NEEDS to be shut down. Very rude to customers they don’t care about how or when you receive your food you paid for. Seen two of the workers making out in the back instead of working. Shameful place to take a family.

Burned 2 of my cheese pizzas. 2 kids took them and couldn’t even bite into them. Do better. You took them out of the oven and tried slicing it, you had to know it was burnt and still gave me it.
