Can I give negative stars? First of all, the food was good. There were 4 people behind the counter and it was not busy at all. Customers were told they had to take menus and come back up to place their order and carry their drinks to their table and then they would call their name to come and get the food. The employees were standing around and talking but, because none were “servers” they would not come to our table. Very sad.

We were pretty bummed at the odd buffet hours, but the service and food quality was excellent despite no buffet. We wish the “new management” proudly advertised would post their buffet hours online.

The pizzas I ordered barely had toppings and cheese, they were all sauce and no taste, flavorless.. Pizza hut is not the same as they use to be. They charge more but give less.

Ate here 5/16/23 first time in a couple years. Waitress was very friendly considering we got there about 30 minutes before closing. Food was very good. Friendly staff.

Convenient, friendly, fast, and delicious. Used to go to Pizza Hut as a treat with family when younger. They became scarce in the Wilkes-Barre area. Was glad to see this here. Did not disappoint.

Our server was patient with our family with 5 kids. The food was served quickly, and she was very consistent with checking our drinks. As we were there, it became very busy, but she continued to check in on our needs.

This is the 1st time in years that we were at Pizza Hut. Grandkids wanted to go. Last time we will go for a lot of years again. Not same as when grandkids were small. Pizza was not good at all.

It’s pizza hut but definitely not what pizza hut used to be. Salad bar is never open anymore but I’m guessing their short staffed like everyone. they changed the recipe to their chicken Alfredo. I liked it better before but again it’s pizza hut not a 5 star restaurant

I called to place an order and got what sounded like a call center in India because the person didn’t know what was offered at this Pizza Hut and had trouble understanding my simple order. When I got there they did not have any record of my order. They didn’t even apologize, just said that’s why they hate the call center because they often don’t put in the orders. They didn’t offer to rush my small order. They didn’t seem to care at all. I walked out empty handed and went across the street to Arbys. Also, the woman making the pizza dropped what seemed to be some plates and trays on the floor and another employee picked them up after a minute and placed them back on the pizza making counter. I have no idea if they used them again, but the floor was covered in walked-on smushed cheese and they put it back 2 feet away on the same counter where the pizza was being made. I guess I should be glad my order was messed up. Also the Pizza Hut sign outside was not lit and most shades were down so it didn’t even look open. I almost drove past it. It says “under new management” on a big sign outside. That might not be a good thing…
