Stopped today for the buffet. The waitress was horribly miserable. Told people as they came in to seat themselves and she would get to them when she could.
Food on buffet was cold, crust and breads ticks were hard. Asked the waitress if there was fresh pizza. She snapped ” we are working on it”
My boyfriend asked for drink refills after waiting too long, she totally ignored him but then came back with our drinks.
Witnessed two families leave due to poor service.
Waited at register to pay for 10 minutes.
WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!! HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!!!

Didn’t eat there. Got the triple treat box. I get it all the time around this time of year. Comes with 2 pizzas bread sticks dipping sauce and a dessert. For a little over 20 dollars. Love it.

The women behind the counter was very rude my order said it was ready then when I get there she was like you have to come back you have 7 minutes for your wings I payed a head and I always tip in cash . I do not tip rude people you treat me right and I tip well but she was disrespectful. Will not be going back ever aging .

Went for the dinner buffet and when paying the waitress (who was new) didn’t know how to split the bill between paying parties. When she asked a higher up he stated that they “dont have calculators and wont split it up”.
His attitude was an absolute joke. I always enjoyed the lunch/dinner buffet but after this I wont be back.

Breadsticks were fresh and perfectly cooked, wings were delicious and the Pan pizza was just like I remember back in the day. Albert our server was really friendly and efficient.

This was a carry out order. I wanted to try the new Chicago tavern style pizza that was pretty good. But I also got an order of cheese breadsticks they were all but burnt the cheese on top was crispy. A few sticks in the center were edible. Do better!

As im here today they arent taking orders right yet because there is only 2 workers on… Literally a door dash worker who said they have been waiting 10 plus minutes without even being acknowledged. There is 1 other car in the parking lot. Horrible service here as usual!

Had buffet, had to wait for food to be added before we could eat, had to ask for drinks to be brought out first time and no refills offered. Drinks of choice were unavailable. We had to wait for our table to be cleaned and there were only 5 other customers in restaurant.
