So I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in years. I was really looking forward to the stuffed crust I ate when I was a kid. Well, I was very let down. The taste of the pizza I must say indeed is good but the pizza itself is almost as thin as paper and has essentially no sauce. We were amazed. I mean charge me more if you have to but never in my life have I seen such thin pizza. I will post pictures. I just read all the reviews from this particular location and most of them are horrible. Does headquarters not look at these? The manager should either be retrained or replaced.

Out of all the pizza spots pizza hut was the one for me. tonight I ordered the stuffed crust. I guess the chain is cutting cost because the stuffed cust is not the same its thin and chewing. it seems to be pre made now. Haven’t had pizza hut since 2021 maybe. They need to change it back. everything else tastes the same except the crust its terrible. it used to be soft. its now thin and chewy.

Had an issue earlier in the week with an honest mistake that the store handled very professionally and I felt was fair. Superb! Great tasting Pizzas. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings. And the pizzas were baked perfectly. We ordered online to take out and the pizzas were still good and hot when we got home. The online ordering website was easy to navigate as well. Love Pizza Hut Pizza!

Staff was nice, however my biggest thing is hair. Why aren’t they required to have hair nets. Also the two guys making the pizza didn’t have gloves on as they put the toppings on…..also the drink fridge had bugs in it very disgusting. And I ordered a meat lovers pizza… supposed to have bacon, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and pork. Well here’s a photo, I legit only see two little pieces of bacon….. I don’t think I’d go here again.

I got a pizza and picked it up yesterday 25th of February and I ordered a large pizza cut into squares unfortunately when I got to the shop or the store and I got out to my car and when I got home rather when I opened it up. It was a thin crust, pizza cut into squares, and the pizza wasn’t even big enough to fit in the box when you move the box around the pizza moved around so the size didn’t fit the box anyway the pizza tasted good It was cooked well, so my only issue is that I didn’t get the pizza. I thought I was getting which was unfortunate. The store people were nice enough so there’s no issue there just the type of pizza I got was not what I expected and unfortunately, I didn’t see it soon enough to go back and ask

they said they were out for delivery at 6:42 and it didnt get to my house until 7:30. we called and the worker had an attitude and said “its a friday night we are busy”. when they got here the food was cold and not even in a delivery bag. the driver was shirtless and another person got out of the passenger side and went to the backseat and just grabbed the boxes. also ordered extra sauce and didnt get it but seemed to get extra pepperonis when wasnt asked for. would rate 0 if i could. use to be a regular here, not anymore.

Customer service is non existent at this location I asked a question about price and was treated horribly from there.
Manager was chewing tobacco (which was all over her teeth, mouth, and lips) while she came up to see “what I wanted and what I wanted her to do for me.”
Finally I did make an inappropriate comment about their rate of pay which was wrong on my part.
Long story short save yourself the headache and frustration and go to one of the other 37 pizza places in a 4 mile radius.

So when I ordered this pizza online it was a large pepperoni and cheese thin and crispy and had it delivered but the reason for the review is when I ordered the pizza I put a 33¢ tip to have it rounded to 25$ flat but I had cash to tip the driver and I ordered it around 1:15 1:20 and it was scheduled to be delivered at 1:57 and I got a out for delivery message around 1:34 and ever since that nothing even on the website it said it was out for delivery I check my porch around 2:15 and it’s sitting there on the floor no doorbell rings no knock at the door it was just sitting there cold and who knows how long it was there for and to make it worse the pizza was just horrible looking and when I got in my car to take it back to the store the driver left Pizza Hut trash in my parking lot…I did get a refund the manger was nice but it’s just the worst service I’ve ever received from an establishment I can assume over 33¢.

Everything was good on the pizza side I ordered a thing of fries and for $5 I get 10 french fries lol that’s crazy. And when I called too tell them they said that’s there portion only for $5 that’s crazy
