There is a person by the name of Courtney that works here. I dealt with them picking up an order last night. They went above and beyond their duties helping me with my pickup. The food was blazing hot. And I was given an extra bag to keep the food warm. This employee is the best and I sincerely appreciate them!

Every time I order pizza hut it’s terrible. Wait til you see the latest. I was offered a free medium one topping pizza in an email I received from pizza hut. I ordered tavern style extra sauce and bacon as my topping. What I received is dried out cardboard in a cardboard box.

The pizza hut is located in a strip mall with a lot of parking options and a well lighted area. I placed an order to pick up a big pizza box. The staff is friendly and assisted in adding items to the order and getting crushed red pepper and then paper plates.
The order was almost ready when I reached. The staff asked me to cross-check the order before leaving the place.
The pasta and bread sticks were good. The pizza was just okay. The pizza box is a good size and sufficient for one family.

Do not order anything from here.. my whole order is wrong then drink is missing I ordered side and paid for that hardly have anything in cup and fries are maximum 8-10 piece for 6$ pizza is disgusting

They don’t use gloves, cooking food touching their faces and clothes & the manager seems to be relying on the employee to know what he’s doing. Nobody greeted me when I came in or asked if I’m placing an order or picking up. I am at the register writing this review.

They do not know how to deal with the problems they create. I asked for a normal pizza with bacon with extra bacon. Told it would be 40 minutes and I was fine with that until I waited over an hour to get my food that is cold and not even what I ordered. Then when I call and speak to the manager (Barbie) was very rude and got an attitude with me because of their mistake. I asked them to make my order correct or I want a cash refund if it’s not correct. She tried and offer store credit but I kept repeating myself saying that I don’t want store credit with the terrible service I’ve received. I don’t know who else has dealt with this and these kids who work their don’t know how to take orders correctly.

Ordered for delivery. Nowhere does it say door dash does the delivery. We pay with cash and tip generously. App and website say delivery 5:20-5:40. Time keeps being added on and now it says 5:45. Call number associated with store at 5:33 and it is a call center. Center transfers to store who doesn’t answer. However after no answer on the website it says order delivered at 5:36! Finally talk to the store store at 5:47 and want to cancel order- they say it had been picked up already- (order not picked up until 5:57!)
The worker at the store never told me it was DoorDash . This store tells lies about orders. When DoorDasher got to house – food was cold. On top of this he didn’t speak English!!! Felt sorry for this guy and paid. Will never use this store again.

Anthony the delivery driver is an absolute sweetheart! We have never had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut with delivery. Today there was a mix up where our drinks were missing from our order and Anthony went out of his way to make it up to us! 10/10 experience. Thank you Anthony
