We used to order from here quite a bit, but last nights confirmed that we will no longer be doing so. I’ve given the benefit of a doubt and chalked up previous experiences as a one-off, but this one required my first restaurant review I’ve ever thought about writing. Ordered a simple large stuffed crust pizza, nothing special. When picked up, the stuffing from the stuff crust had exploded in multiple areas outside of “the crust”, but the thing that brought about this review was the stupid sauce. Its a pizza people….doesn’t take much to make it one. Put some sauce on the thing, just don’t wave the spoon over the crust and call it quits. It was like eating a saltine with a hint of cheese. I had added jalapeno’s to this one in particular, and this large scale soup cracker had approximately 12 jalapeno pieces on the entire thing. You pay for something, you’d like to actually be able to taste it and get something close to what its supposed to be. Worse pizza I’ve ever had. This one made Red Baron frozen pizza look like a gourmet pie straight out of the oven in NYC. I had also added onions and mushrooms, and the pictures I’ve attached will show that these were lacking in the portion area as well. It used to be that Pizza Hut was a fail safe…..always quick, good quality and reliable, but no longer the case. At least for this store and the dream team working behind the counter.

Don’t order from here very often at all. But the pizza was fresh. It was made well, it wasn’t thrown together sloppy like a lot of places tend to do during peak times.

I ordered online and came in for pick up. Store was clean only waited about 15 minutes. My food was nice and hot staff always pleasant. I order from here all the time no complaints

This place foul. I never ordered here before and certainly won’t again. It’s so dirty, even the walls are filthy. The employees totally ignored me when I walked in and just kept talking. I waited a while before being acknowledged. When they finally spoke to me they said they were working on my order now. I could see my food unpacked sitting on the counters while they were talking instead of working. Honestly though it was the filthiness of the store and employees that will keep me away.

On 1/29, I ordered pizza for my son and this was how the pizza and Cinnabons were delivered. It was impossible to get in touch with the store to get this taken care of because I kept getting rerouted to the call center. Tried to order again on 2/6, and was called by Justin the “manager” because they ran out of stuffed crust pizza crust. He wouldn’t cancel the order entirely and insisted that I choose another crust. I chose another and then asked him to refund me the difference which he said he could not do because I paid via Apple Pay. I’m done with this location.

PIZZA HUT at 3121 Cape Horn Road. Red Lion, PA. is my 1,000 percent favorite Pizza Hut! EXCELLENT tasting and perfectly prepared pizza and bread sticks. (Those 2 are my usual items). Worlds best marinara sauce!!! The team members are all fantastic, friendly, efficient and very nice. My “pizza” is: thin crust, extra marinara, pepperoni. Based on my food and the hospitality, I would rate this Pizza Hut 10 stars if I could!

0/5. Last time we ordered from here, the food was never delivered and we got hung up on multiple times. Gave another chance tonight, waited nearly two hours because apparently the first door dasher last minute didn’t take our order. Zero communication from pizza hut.
Finally get the pizza, it’s undercooked but not near as badly under cooked as the Cinnabon rolls…they were completely raw. I tried putting them in the oven but ended up having to throw away. What a waste of time and money. Never again
