I ordered bread sticks, a melt, a personal pan and 12 wings for delivery. $50 before tip. Had the wrong order brought to me 30 minutes later. Good time. Bad delivery. Had the correct order brought back 10 minutes later. Cold stale bread sticks that I couldn’t eat. Burned pizza melt. A supreme pizza with a supremely lacking amount of toppings. I asked for sausage to be added to the pizza, there was more sausage than any else The wings were good though. Still hot, though they could have used more sauce .

Maybe the manger on shift at 4:30 on 12/10/25 should pay attention to what they’re doing instead of barking orders at their employees like they aren’t humans. Let alone tossing food onto the counter at customers n blatantly ignoring them. Do better Pizza Hut. Came here to pick up a door dash order, not even to eat and the manager on shift was just down right disrespectful to their staff.

Staff was friendly. The stuffed crust pizza came with a bit too much grease, is limited to being a large, but did not have as many pieces as I was expecting (8 pieces) for a large. The only major disappointment is that this facility did not have a changing table available. I remembered Pizza Hut being a family friendly restaurant so it was definitely a bit sad that they’d have high chairs but not a changing table.

This is the worst worst location I’ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes for my pizza. While 3 people were standing there at the phone Adam, the manager then started screaming at his employees which made left a bad taste in my mouth.
I also was there on the 4th of July where multiple employees were eating handling money. And food which is honestly disgusting. The manager adam was very unprofessional with what he says how he handles customers. And I can say that I have not had a good experience here. I understand that parents work, but the little girl running and screaming through the dining room almost to the back is very dangerous. I’ve heard from multiple people that the manager.Adam is very bad, very unprofessional.And he does not take his work seriously.Don’t think that I will be back

When we went in there was one other family seated at the same time. There dinning room only had 2 other tables seated. Our order was taken just after the other customers order. We were brought our drinks and plates. The food was delivered to the other customer that arrived at the same time, yet we still waited. We were in clear view of the kitchen, so the employees knew we were waiting for our food. I finally gave up and left. I stopped at the register on the way out and let them know we were leaving because no one brought us our order. I pointed out that the customer that came in at the same time was almost done with their meal, the cashier looked in the computer and was confused,she asked the other employee where our order was and he said he put it in, but both still seemed to be confused, so we just left. As slow as the dining room was there shouldn’t have been any reason to foreget our order

We stop at Pizza Hut every 4th of July for pizza before going to the fireworks at Shippensburg memorial Park. It is become a great family tradition for 10 years now and we look forward to it every year. The pizza and wings and breadsticks are amazing. It is located convenient to the park so it is a great place to grab some food whether you are at the park first or get it on the way.
