Was very disappointed in the food from here. Garlic knots were cold and cheese wasn’t even in them but on bottom of box. Boneless chicken wings were very small, dry and hard. Pizza had an edge before the crust that was rock hard. Food was no where near the size or quality in commercial. For $6 I’d expect more for my money concerning chicken wings and garlic knots as well as quality of pizza. Pizza Hut has really let me down as it used to be our favorite place for pizza.

Dine In is now cold, empty and offers no reason to not eat at home! No wait staff. Food served in takeout box and paper plates. Benches flat padded.
The pizza has declined in quality with spare toppings.

Waitress was nice, but heard her and the manager mentioned many times she was sick?! Not very helpful when it came to trying to redeem my rewards points. Do not recommend coming here!!

We got denied dine in Service but there was family in there at 2 different tables( probably free food) eating !

The food was fresh and delicious, came in around 830 and the 2 pizzas and new cheese bread were great, we got a pepperoni and sausage and a ham and pineapple with the garlic cheese and the bacon cheese breads. THE FOOD WAS GREAT but the short short haired lady really is the soul purpose I will never come back to this place. She was very rude and didn’t even seat us and then she hollars across the entire restaurant telling us our pizzas were ready
She did not host us and seat us at our table and she did not bring us our food as a waitress, so I fail to see the reason for her being here because she was pretending to clean the whole time.
She had a 20 year pin on her shirt and she had short hair, she was just a horrible person to deal with entering your establishment, and people wonder why pizza is losing business….
The lady running the counter during dinner hour has a very poor attitude for someone who’s dedicated 20 years to the place if that’s even true

Twice in the last 6 months my family and me tried to dine in at the store on Lincoln Way East. Both times we waited and waited being ignored by the staff in the kitchen for at least 5 minutes. We even tried to call but no one picked up. Finally when one of the staff did come out she gave the excuse that the only waitress was on vacation. Same excuse the last time we went. Do they ever have the dining room open?
Is bringing a pizza to someone at a table that difficult? Do union rules prohibit a pizza being brought to the table?
A simple sign on the counter or door would have let us know we should go elsewhere. I mentioned that and received a snide comment from her. We went down the street a block to Pat and Carla’s and were greeted with a smile when we came in the door and had fantastic pizza.
