We stopped at the Pizza Hut in the Palmyra/Annville area because my boyfriend’s son wanted it for his birthday dinner before we went bowling.
When we arrived, there were no employees at the counter and only one other customer waiting. It felt very understaffed, and we were the only ones dining in. There’s no table service anymore you order at the counter, and the food is brought out in to go boxes, though they did provide plates, utensils, and napkins so we could eat there.
We ordered the heart shaped pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, and the bacon cheddar cheese sticks, plus six drinks. The employee helping us was incredibly kind and helpful she mentioned it was the first heart shaped pizza she had made and made sure we had plenty of plasticware and extra plates since we brought a birthday cake. Her customer service really stood out and made the experience better.
The food itself was fresh and really good. Everything was hot, not overly greasy, and enjoyable. For around $50 total to feed six people, we felt the price was reasonable.
That said, the restaurant had a very “ghost town” feel, and there was a noticeable smell of old fryer oil when we walked in. It’s been years since I’d been to this location, and it definitely feels more like a takeout spot now than a traditional dine in Pizza Hut.
Overall, while the atmosphere and lack of staff were a bit off putting, the friendly employee, fresh food, and reasonable pricing made it a decent experience. We’d probably go back for takeout.

Don’t waste your time dining in here. You’re given paper plates, your pizza comes in a regular pizza box. It’s not like it used to be. They don’t have fountain soda so you are stuck with bottled. Even bottled water. It’s truly sad. No condiments available (red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, etc) for pizza. The sauce for breadsticks was cold. No one ever checked back in on us. It was truly a waste of our money. We should’ve just left as soon as we walked in.

We caught this place on a busy night while they were constantly filling orders for pickup. The restaurant itself was clean, but empty. And we were met with helpful service that was patient while we made up our minds. Even under the pressure of being understaffed at the moment, we had a chance to make our selections without pressure.
The garlic parm wings were surprisingly good and quite “saucy.” The mozzarella sticks had some amazing cheese action, and the original pan Alfredo pizza really hit the spot! Overall we were quite happy with our visit.

Ordered 2 medium pep pan pizzas with light sauce for carryout. Both the woman over the phone and the guy at the window were extremely nice and funny. I pulled up early and the guy didn’t make me feel like that was annoying of me which I appreciated. The pizzas were done exactly the same and exactly how I wanted it. I haven’t ever had a problem with carryout at this location for the YEARS I had lived here before and it was nice to see that it hasn’t changed. Would definitely go back next time I am in town.

What a bunch of nonsense. I put an order in my cart and then went to another site for a few minutes came back and they had no idea who I was . They knew me when I made the order but then Lost all my information in 5 minutes.
