The staff here love their jobs! They are so friendly and helpful! They did their very best to help me get the buy one get one free deal in the Uber Eats app even though the app was bugging. I really appreciated the service they delivered with a smile and how personable they are! My personal pan pizzas were also delicious. Can’t recommend enough!

The people working there are nice. I also love the atmosphere of it, it’s like a Pizza Hut from the past which satisfies my liking of things from before my time. The food here is also really good, the pizza and breadsticks taste good. Glad I got to eat there with my family and have a Pizza Hut dine in experience that’s not very common anymore.

DON’T EAT ANYTHING from this store unless you’re wanting to spend time in the hospital. I decided to order pickup from this place even though it was a little further away. I was given two pies that looked like they were from different pies. Slices didn’t match up with each other. It was already separated not like it was freshly made. It wasn’t even hot, nor was the cheese melted. It looked old not fresh. My husband and son and I spent all day in the bathroom and not in a normal way. My husband and son started to throw the rest in the trash. I’m sending what I had prevented being tossed. To a lab to get tested. I highly recommend you NOT eating anything from this store.

I am a door dasher. I went in to pick up an order. Did not yet receive my pizza bag as I am new. The instructions from my dash app mentioned if they dont have a bag for me at store no worries I can still continue with order. The older guy working on 11/26 at 1230 did not even want to look at my instructions and said no, bye. He was miserable, rude and down right disrespectful and refused to give an order that was already paid for as I accepted the order. What a shame that he thinks he can treat people that way.

Live in Mt Joy and had 2 Big New Yorkers for the football games and let me just say I should’ve drove to Weis Markets and got a Red Barrons. The pizza was burnt and cold like it was sitting around already cooked for an hr. Never again will we go back to this place.

I haven’t had pizza from a pizza hut in years.I was so hungry for a supreme pan pizza that I always ordered in the past.I live in Mount Joy so it’s s bit of a drive.I went up on Thursday night.I was very disappointed in the taste and there was very little cheese on it.Toppings were okay.The pizza tasted like it wasn’t baked completely.I don’t do delivery services and normally go to Papa John’s.I still have 3/4 of the pizza in the fridge getting ready for the trash.I’m not going to just waste my money.It would be nice to have it replaced. Today I order a large pepperoni pizza, when I got home the pizza looked like it was sitting there for a long time and they decided to give it to me. I also order a 8 piece traditional wings and the wing was cold and dry and smelled so bad . When I try calling them so I could bring back the pizza and the wings the guy told me that I was lying and their wings are always dry and serve just like that. He was trying to tell me that he ate wings today and they taste fine. I told him I would bring everything to them so I could get a refund or at least get a different order but he kept on telling me that my order was fine. I have been to different Pizza Hut and this is the worst one. I threw everything in the trash, and they will never get my money again!!!!! Don’t waste your money there guys!!

This is strictly a take home order review. I’ve never sat down to dine here or used the facilities so I can’t comment on that. The staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful. The food was great. The staff also make sure you have everything you need. Above and beyond checking your order. You honestly have a great staff. They are hard working and accommodating. If I owned the business I would be proud of the staff you have! Hard, loyal workers are hard to find and your team truly does an amazing job!

This was the worst pizza that I have ever eaten. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and meat lovers. They were out of ham. There was no sauce on it. The crust was hard and like paper. Not much cheese in the stuffed crust. Definitely not worth the money. Will never order from them again!
