Ordered a new pizza tonight with the new pickle ranch dipping sauce. Pizza arrived 45 minutes after I ordered and was not what I ordered. You can see the pizza I order was supposed to be the new Nashville hot chicken pizza. There was absolutely no hot sauce. Nor did I get my dipping sauce I ordered.

I stopped ordering Pizza Hut months ago because they hardly add sauce to their pizza. It is frustrating and I shouldn’t have to order a few cups of marinara which costs $0.75 each.
I decided to order tonight but made sure I ordered extra sauce on the Big New Yorker. As you can see in the photo there is a very small amount of sauce, if any. The stuffed crust was supposed to be a normal amount of sauce, but again, there is barely any there. I also ordered two extra marinara sauce cups just in case, but I really wasn’t expecting to have to dip my extra sauce pizza. The other toppings were great as well as the delivery, but I’m disappointed again.
Back to not ordering Pizza Hut for awhile.

Always have great pizza, however the buffalo chicken pizza tonight was not worth the money. Very disappointed, $23 and I hope the racoons enjoy it more.

Was very disappointed with the Detroit style pizza. Ordered the meaty and received an occasional pepperoni with just excessive sauce. As you can see, no crispy cupped pepperoni! I couldn’t eat it..too much sauce!

Pizza Hut! I am so disappointed…my childhood nostalgia, my book-it memories, the excitement of that soft, steamy pan pizza all for me! It just isn’t the same. The pizza I ordered tonight just didn’t fit the Pizza Hut I remember. Minimal pepperoni on an extra large pizza, extra cheese was definitely not “extra”. Oh, my sad inner child says “at least my belly is full and the food was made on time” but my head says ” Pizza Hut I’m so sad”. Maybe my the next time will be better…..

Food was ready in just 8min. Tasted great. They also tossed in order of bread sticks because someone called and canceled an order that was already prepared!! I appreciate they do that, instead of throwing food out! I was just the lucky individual who came in “Just at the Right Time”

Last night (11-17 at about 6:50) I picked up Pizza that I ordered and stopped at Weis and realized I didn’t have my wallet. Right away I called Pizza Hut and the man who answered seemed very concerned and looked right away, The store even asked where I was parked ,but then checked the whole parking lot even though it seemed like a busy night at the store. When I got back there, they told me they hadn’t found it but were obviously, genuinely concerned as if it were their wallet that was lost. I eventually found my wallet in my car after looking several times in a panic. It was wedged down between the seat and the passenger side door. In my defense it was a dark rainy night and it was a black wallet with black interior. Lol.
My point here is that I could have been met with cold hearted people who might have acted like it was not their problem and went on about their busy night. Their kindness didn’t go unnoticed. I am very grateful that THEY were there last night going above and beyond and showing sincere concern when they didn’t have to. Oh, and our Pizza was very good! Thank you all so much for great customer service!!

Worst New York style pizza ever. Too much bread, dried up sauce, and no melty cheese. Some sort of weird cheese sprinkle on top. Didn’t taste like Parmesan. Got charged twice on our credit card. Manager seemed nice in dealing with the issue, although the charge has not yet been reversed. Pizza Hut has lost our business.
