Here we are again.. How many messed up orders? How many missing items? How FEW Credits remembered? And the few screw-ups they make up to you, THEY MESS THEM UP TOO!
Guys, guys, guys… Check my Record.. I’m like, 97% 5 starts in my ratings.. I LOVE Lifting up Amazing, (even decent) service. When my children get to pick dinner and say, ‘Pizza Hut”, My stomach instantly turns because I picture THIS! Not a warm meal, not happy kids, THIS… Trying to get what I ordered and for it not to taste like the container it came in..
I finally, after what? 50? 80 reviews… I finally found the worst business I’ve ever paid. You can keep those 288 Hut Rewards. The order would be wrong anyway.

Well, I’m happy to report that a corporate member has reached out to me about their concern for our local Pizza Hut. He informed me that there has been some staff changes and lack of delivery drivers that have caused a bit of a disruption in the service.
The fact that this gentleman, who has worked with Pizza Hut since 1991, took the time to reach out with me, and have a conversation, shows his dedication and care for this company. I believe him when he says that they are working diligently to resolve the matter, and we will in short order see improvements.
This alone has encouraged me to raise my review up to 3 stars, as I am quite impressed with the commitment he has shown. I’ll give it some time, and order again. Then, I’ll return and give everyone an update.
Took a couple years just to fix the app.
App works better now and doesn’t kick you out like it used to, at least for me. Which is great, and makes it easier to order quickly.
I’m updating my review now after 2 years. Food is great. Delivery and pick up are easier. I went in there tonight to pick up an order, and the older gentleman that I had gotten my order from was pretty stern about me wanting extra Buffalo sauce. “Next time you have to pay for it.” “I won’t make you pay this time, but next time, you have to pay for it.”
Okay.., I don’t mind doing that, but I couldn’t find that option on the app when I ordered. I had to go back and put it in the “notes” section. I even left a tip (for pick up..)
He made a huge point about it being extra.
It was awkward to even enjoy my meal with my *extra sauce* because it was supposed to cost extra. Sorry dude?? Please calm down. Call me next time if it’s that much of an issue. We will sort it out. Thanks.
Everyone else I’ve picked up from while I went was super nice, no issues. This guy had brown hair and was tall ans a bit older. Very stern “Father” like voice when he spoke to me. I had my young son with me. I was kind of taken aback and just stood there, shocked. If it was that big of a deal, I could have went out to my car to get my wallet to pay for $1 extra sauce. Guy made me feel so uncomfortable. I’m not sure if I will even keep ordering from here now. Thanks “Guy.” (Picture for Context.) I wish I would have caught your name Guy….
Food was good, delivery was successful and done in a timely manner, staff was friendly and positive.

My husband loves pizza, and their staff helped me pull off a GREAT surprise dinner party for his 50th birthday!
The professionalism, attention to detail, caring about my needs (as many know, I just had 2 major surgeries in one week—and manager Doug made things run so smoothly from when I first asked to have the dinner back in October until the very end of Saturday night!) The staff were friendly, extremely attentative to those dining, and just amazing to work with!
We are thoroughly impressed with the customer service and so very thankful for manager Doug and his staff for going above and beyond to make this dinner possible!
