Was happy with the food and service here. Service was fast and friendly. My wife and I had differing opinions on everything coming out in to go boxes, when we were eating in. I liked that we could just go with the leftovers and she expected everything to come out as it does at every other eat in place. I feel this pizza was the greasy crust that is expected for a deep dish pizza. Definitely a good alternative to the standard fast food chains. Definitely miss the salad bar.

We drove 30 minutes to get here cause it’s the closest pizza hut left near us that didn’t close but when we arrived it looked shut down. The website on google still says open and we came during the correct business hours. Wish it had been open. I miss pizza hut.

My fiancée and I love this Pizza Hut! The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and provides courteous service! The food is hot and always tastes good! We are repeat customers and we will continue to patronize this Pizza Hut! Shout out to the manager, Chrissy (spelled ‘C h r I s s y’) as she takes the time to talk with her customers. This Pizza Hut is awful. We had gift certificates for our order and they refused to give us our whole order. They would only give us half of it. They took the rest of our order and gave it to the Taco Bell next door. There was nothing written on the gift certificates stated that only one could be used at a time. When I called and talked with the manager she was very rude and cocky. The gift certificates were paid for. Instead of letting us have our order which was technically paid for they gave it away. They don’t believe in good costumer service. I will be calling corporate. This Pizza Hut needs to closed down.

Their medium pizzas are great but the last 2 large pizzas we got were still doughy. Also had issues with getting a refund back for when I put an online order in and showed up and they were closed. When I called Pizza Hut the lady got all offensive saying she refunded me. (I never received it, but the cooperate office made it right with me) I understand everyone has their days but when you’re at work you gotta put that aside and treat customers with respect and be kind. Definitely gonna stick to small family run businesses instead of chain restaurants from now on.

Went here on our way home on a Sunday evening and arrived at 6:35pm. Dining room closes at 7 and we were not allowed to order a pizza and eat inside because it was closing in “15 minutes.” Literally turned us away when there was almost 30 minutes left and the drive thru was open til 8. This is why businesses fail. I hope the owners sees this and makes changes. It’s not easy to get two babies out of car seats and back inside when turned away from business. Where are the nice people at these days?!

Pizza hut is and always has been my favorite pizza and this particular location is by far, and consistently the best at nailing it and even odd requests. They’re super friendly, the place is immaculate (that speaks volumes to me) and the staff there was once again, so nice that I left in an even better mood. I would rate this place zero stars if given the chance just for the pure fact of how a certain so call “manager” treated my husband and I. We were given the boneless wings instead of the bone-in wings by mistake. Upon calling to let them know what we received was not what we ordered, we were told “The order was rang in as bone in wings so you can’t have the bone in wings.” We proceeded to tell the female crew member that it must have been a hearing mistake because we have never ordered boneless wings and we order from them quite often. The woman put her manager on the phone. The manager proceeded to argue and say that there was a price difference so we couldn’t switch out the wings unless we wanted to pay. She was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. I work in a restaurant myself so I explained to her when working in the food industry, the customer is always right and you should do everything you can to make sure your customers are satisfied and will return in doing so. If I treated one of my customers as disrespectfully as I was treated today, I would no longer be employed. A simple communication error that could have been easily been solved turned into an argument and ended with the “manager” hanging up on me. I never had an issue before this, but I will not being coming back to this place ever again. I will continue to call corporate everyday until I reach someone. Actions have consequences.

I placed a 50$ order on a Sunday for a get together with some friends. I traveled 20 minutes each way to reach there. I ordered 2 pizzas with pepperoni, bread sticks and a double order of boneless wings. When i got home one of the pizzas was only a cheese pizza. I called the manager the next morning and she was polite and said she would send me out a gift certificate. I was ok with that . Well i received the gift certificate of 2$ off next order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Probably the price of the pepperoni topping. I do not expect anything for free but i do believe you treat your customers right. It probably took 5 dollars worth of gas to get there and back. Needless to say i will not be ordering from there again or spending 5 dollars to get there to spend the 2 $ gift voucher. Keep it Pizza Hut you need it more than i.
