Besides really poor communication on the phone the lady was very nice inside. Was very disappointed when my personal pizza for $7 ended up being more like a x-small kids pizza. I ate it within 1 minute and it didn’t even slightly satisfy my small craving during lunch. I honestly think I was sold a baby pizza in place of a personal pizza but either way it’s highway robbery

Horrible. Paid 60.00 for a medium pizza, 16 boneless wings that looked all chopped up and the melts. Everything was cold. Requested curbside service…had to go inside. Also added a 5.00 tip. Was told I would get a refund. I certainly hope so.

Absolutely upset with how this pizza hut is! EVERY time I order here there is something wrong with my order! I ordered 60$ worth of food! 3 1 toppings pizza wings and fries (the special) Not only that when my pizza got here the order was wrong but the pizza look terrible!!! Cheese burnt on all! Asked for extra sauce and there was barely any! Tasted the sauce and it was like can tomato! I told the delivery driver to take it back and that it was canceling the order. 1 he didn’t want to give my money back and then 2 came back with my order STILL wrong and tried to argue with me that he was coming back. I told him I refuse to pay for the pizza and that I called an canceled and still he tried arguing asking what the was going todo with the order. I told him to figure it out. PLUS I gave him 10 dollars for the trouble. I will never order from this place again. Ruins past memories of a good family pizza hut. Shame. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

No one has answered the phone after numerous times of calling to place an order. The staff at this store really need to do better. It’s ignorant to not pick up the phone for customers who are trying to place an order. But I guess they don’t want to stay in business at this store.

We ordered the new deal with the two pizzas breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. Both the pizzas were ordered as pan pizzas one of them had no crust at the bottom. It literally looks like the pizza had stuck to the pan was pulled out put in the box cut and sent out. I did not bother to even call to make a complaint or ask for a remake because if the staff was okay with sending something like that out who knows what would they would have done had they had to remake it. Very disappointing to say the least!

My pizza was supposed to be delivered by Doordash who never came. When I called the location I got the pizza from. He advised the they gave it to Doordash. So he don’t know what to do. He waiting on his last pick up and hes shutting down. I advised that I couldn’t pick it up because I had a little one. What am I to do since I never got my pizza. The manager hung up in my face and when I called back he would pick up the phone and hang it up. Very horrible service.

Never order from here! I ordered from this pizza hut twice and both times my order never came. I never got my refund the first time had to call them and ask for it, guess we’ll see if I get it this time. Customer service was terrible, and I mean terrible! Although this place says it does delivery it does not!! If you order from here get carry out!! I promise you your food will not show up!!!!
