The new buffet is pretty good! We both had the buffet with the salad. Pizza buffet was plentiful. They kept bring out a fresh verified of pizzas. The salad bar was basic. It could use a little more variety bus was still fresh and good. They also have bread sticks, you need to ask for marinara, and cinnamon bread sticks for dessert. The buffet is open Wednesday through Friday 11:30 to 1 pm. for lunch. And it costs $12.99. I don’t know if the severe buffet for dinner or not. We’ll be back again.

Very happy that there is a sit-down Pizza Hut again! We drove over an hour to get here, and we were not disappointed! There was a bit of a wait for service at the door, but otherwise staff was attentive and friendly.

We had a party of 18 come in tonight for dinner. Our service was phenomenal! The gentleman who served us checked on us frequently even though there was a dining room full of people plus a ton of people waiting for take out. He was very attentive. The food was excellent! Everything was as well asked for. The atmosphere is definitely loud. The classic pizza hut setting was much more comfortable than the wing street. Other than that, it was a perfect christmas eve dinner with family! I hope our server enjoyed his tip as it was very well deserved! Merry Christmas!

Reopened as of April 25th, 2023! We went on the second day as it was very busy! We were lucky to get a seet! They were very fast and efficient! Food tasted the same and it was very good! No buffet or salad bar, but it was good! They messed up my pizza, so I got another one for free! It’s completely understandable as it’s their first week of being open. They also gave us some free cup holders for opening week! We would come back. The prices were great and filled us with leftovers for tomorrow.

Very disappointed.. Drove an hour to have dinner.. A said the food was amazing. Our Holly, waitress brought out my wings and wife’s salad never came to table until our main order came out. I had the meat lovers wrap,I felt was over cooked it was and very little toppings inside… Holly delivered our 3 times to the wrong table… Never eating there again.. Couldn’t bite the wrap had to use a fork and knife to eat it .

New staff member mislead us the price of an item and the excuse was, first day on the floor. Had to pay the real price. The pizza was better at this location in the past year, but no longer worth the hour drive. Erie Pa wins again. Although the drive is longer and poor driving conditions.

My twin daughters have never been to a Pizza Hut and I haven’t been to one in years. Took a long ride out to Olean just for it. It was good. Wish they had the pizza bar, but it was still a nice experience.

They were incredibly busy but still had us in and out within an hour. Pizza was great and just like I remember. The chicken pasta is not as good as it used to be. I did not get anything to dip my bread sticks in and there was old food stuck to both sets of our silverware.

don’t let other reviews fool you, the service here is excellent. it’s usually not very busy, and the food is made to be delicious because of that. the waitress there was brimming with personality, and they are very cooperative in special requests, I personally ordered a specially made buffalo chicken Alfredo, which was not on the menu. if you want the best pizza hut around, go to this location, and always tip your waitress!
