ordered once on doordash, once on the website. both times it was absolutely terrible. undercooked both times. today we ordered and the pizza looked like it was chewed up and spit out into a box. completely dough, missing side an entire side of crust, toppings were wrong, just horrific. then they were to deliver a remake, and over an hour passed and we still hadn’t received the remake. we won’t be ordering again.

When it first opened on 3rd street (for the second time in as many years), the food has recently been pretty good quality. I order every now and then, but the food will be sub-par at times now. However, I am going to start going back to Corry again. My next order will be there – its ok though because this is what I expected. Its hard to believe that this area once had 3 regular Pizza Huts and an Express on 3rd St near McDaniel. How they survived for so long in Jamestown is a mystery to me.

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your restaurant as a delivery driver for your customer. Being yelled at by a staff member was unacceptable, and it’s clear that the staff lacks friendliness. My previous experiences with your establishment has always been ok until 7:57 pm on 11-01-2025 when your worker almost hit me in the face with your customer’s receipt. He then proceeded accusing me of shoving my phone in his face. For this instance, that is not true. All you have to do is check your security cameras. He then proceeded to try to start an argument with me. He then said he purposely made me wait longer for your customer’s order.
And I politely told him, I am not going to stand here and have a confrontation with you. You are acting crazy and as you can see on the camera I left. I have over 7000 deliveries and I have never once had any restaurant ever make a complaint about me because I’m always very polite.I don’t understand why this worker did this.
Given my negative history with your restaurant with that same worker, I’m surprised I was willing to even deliver your food or how customer’s even give this establishment another chance. However, after this incident, I’m certain I’ll never be back to deliver for you ever again. I hope this message reaches the right person and that you’ll take customer treatment seriously. Regardless of whether someone is a regular customer or not, they deserve respect and kindness. Furthermore I will never eat here and especially will never recommend your restaurant to anyone else and if someone ever asks about your establishment you can fill in the blanks about what I would say! ?

I love pizza hut supreme pizza. When its well done like i always make sure to say! its usually a 85% chance that its good to go and done well when i pick it up.The last 2 pizzas werent even close guys..The pizza last night was so raw i had to finish it myself. Still going to give you a 5 star, because i know how things go owning a business.

We ordered and only received half my order. came to $90 by the way. I called and some guy who could care less answered and put me on hold. I heard peoples whole conversations of how their day went , swearing, laughing, very unprofessional. He literally just set the phone down probably hoping I would hang up. Finally, another person answered the phone. His name was Landon. It was a 15 minute conversation for him to argue and ended up saying Jennifer the manager will call the next day to further it. Been 4 days now and she didn’t call. I didn’t expect her to with the way we were treated-wouldn’t expect a manager to act any different. Apparently she can’t even manage her workers or the store. I don’t know why people can’t take accountability and actually do their jobs these days. I live 40 minutes away and spent nearly $90 for 1/2 my order then just ignored. Last time eating here and will never recommend. Oh and don’t forget they are right there wanting their tip!!

Had a delivery order and they only got half the order right. That’s why I gave them 2 stars due to half of the order was correct. I ordered a veggie lovers pizza and I received a meat lovers pizza. Called the restaurant, was told I had to contact doordash even though I used the Pizza Hut app, and the man on phone said there was no manager so there was basically nothing they could do. Will never go here again as I’m basically out $13 for the pizza and I have to go buy something else for my family to eat. Man on phone acted like he didn’t care. Customer service is a joke. Staff at store could care less about the mistakes they make.

Ordered the Ultimate Bundle, two medium pizzas, bread sticks and 8 PC wings for just $26.99.. Everything was hot and on time-just 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with the pizza. The crust has the texture and flavor of the way they made it in the 80s & 90s-perfect. The bread sticks and wings were also perfectly done. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered form a chain pizza place so i did not have to use door dash. And why is that? Because a car full of teenagers delivered my food; could not read or speak English to be able to confirm my order and than thought i did not give them enough money. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Do better. Back to dominos i go. Please understand it is NOT the fact the guy did not speak English it’s the fact he could not confirm my order and then kept pointing at the money like he wanted more even tho the full bill plus tip was there. All that being said, the food was great. Hire your own drivers and hold them to the standards corporate would and I’ll return. Clean car and only the driver.

I had ordered a supreme pizza with extra sauce and cheese and when i got home and opened the box it was just a cheese and pepperoni which I paid almost $32 for I had called the store and this manager that i jus talked to I forget her name was so nice ,and a real pleasure to talk to offered to make it right and have the pizza remade and she delivered it to me herself she opened the box a little bit downstairs so i could take a peek and it looks right , but once i got it in side and took a real good look at it i discovered it was missing the pork and beef that should of come in it! Augh I am at a loss for words I’m going to eat it because I’m hungry buy my god these people making these pizzas just need to do better is all I am asking.. But that one manager is a real sweet heart! so I am Thank full for her kindness but unfortunately I wouldn’t be interested in ordering another pizza from here again but I do wish them the best!!
