Pizza hut lost its way.pizza hut used to be amazing. But the pizza was barely cooked and it was like a frozen pizza reheated. Medium wings had no zest to them and the pizza was so dry like they were reheated or frozen. Pizza had no cheese pull it was solid on top not even cheesy. Also paid 75 cents for sauce we never got. What a rip off.. What happened to pizza hut. Wasted 100 dollars on stuff we could have made ourselves and better.

It was very tasty. We got a large hand-tossed pizza with green bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. It was great! Our breadsticks were good too, but a little chewy. Both were still nice and warm, even after a thirty minute ride home. Would definitely do the takeout again.

Pizza Hut, what on earth happened to you? Nostalgia brought me through your doors, but regret walked me back out. Let’s start with the pizza—or rather, the sad, doughy excuse for one. I ordered a pan pizza, expecting that thick, golden crust with buttery goodness you used to be known for. Instead, I got something that barely qualifies as food. The crust wasn’t more than half an inch thick, and only around the edges, as if they’d completely given up halfway through making it. The middle? Flat, soggy, and undercooked. It honestly looked like it lost a fight with the oven.
As if that weren’t bad enough, the service (if you can call it that) was downright insulting. The front counter was manned by someone who clearly couldn’t have cared less if they tried. This guy looked like he’d rolled straight out of bed into the grease trap and decided personal hygiene was optional for the evening shift. He barely acknowledged me, let alone tried to mask the contempt he seemed to have for the unfortunate souls picking up orders.
And the cherry on top of this disaster? A “tip” option for carryout. Excuse me? You want a tip for handing me a box? A box containing something that could have been a Wegmans frozen pizza—at least those are cooked properly. Fifty dollars for this nonsense. Fifty. For what amounted to an overpriced science experiment gone wrong.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for nostalgia, you won’t find it here. You’ll find bad pizza, apathetic service, and a lingering sense that your hard-earned money could’ve been better spent literally anywhere else. Never again, Pizza Hut. Never again.

BF and I had been talking about Pizza hut and then I spotted this one near Wegmans. Ordered us a couple of personal pan pizza deals (great value!) and headed home with them. Was about half an hour and they were still hot and delicious, just the way we remember them. Next time I’m out this way, we’ll be back!

Completely messed up my order. I order a regular crust pizza and I get a thin crust! My cheese sticks had a single cut down the middle, guess I have to eat a slab of cheese bread! I get an 8 dollar cookie and it’s burnt! Unbelievable! I’ve never had to pay for such a terrible experience!

Pepperoni pizza was great, just like the old days …meat lovers pizza was very undercooked. Middle was super soft/doughy and cheese not even melted. Live 45 minutes away so stuck with it.

Geneseo location. 2 lg.pizzas.10 piece cheesy bread sticks.very skimpy on pizza sauce and cheese on dry side.bread sticks where extremely narrow that was weird. never had bad meal from there til now. almost $60.for meal.plus I live 45 miles away so not like I could bring it back!!extremely disappointed

While I did not eat here I went to Wegmans next door got pizza and went outside to eat. If you like to eat in cigarette smoke then you are ok here if not you might want to get on your way like we did. The workers were very dirty and quite nasty and rude
