First of all, We went through the drive thru to pick up and order, we waited about 5 minutes of no service, we pulled out and went inside. Told the lady at the register we were in the drive thru and had nobody help us. While we were waiting for our food, One of their cooks picked up dirty trays off the floor WITH THE FOOD SPATULA, and continued to use it on the food. I’m sorry; DISGUSTING… and so were the floors.. The app says 15 min, and your order is ready, We waited probably an extra 10+ minutes on simply just wings. All of our food was cold since we’d waited so long for our food. Once we arrived home and opened the pizza it looked like it had been sliced, taken apart and the reassembled incorrectly. Food was absolutely disgusting for the amount of time we waited. Sorry, not worth my time, my money or yours.

Ate here on a vacation a few months ago and will be coming back again. Food is delicious and nostalgia on point. We don’t have Pizza Hut by our hometown and we miss it. My teenage son insisted we stop and glad we did. Fresh hot pizza and breadsticks at a great price.

Horrible customer service. They’ll charge your credit card when you didn’t even get your pizza. Owner kept hanging up on me when I asked why my card was charged. Had to go through corporate.

Great food, but avoid this place on a Friday or Saturday night. Twice in the past few weeks, i have had to wait for my order. Once on a take out order that we deliberately set a pick up time an hour later than our order time. And once with a dine in experience, watching people who came in after us, get served and leave before my dinner even arrived. Waitress was great. But the kitchen truly needs to get there act together.
