Pizza had no sauce on it and dough was very dry same went for the cheese bread stick and cinnamon sticks .. everything tasted as if it was freezer burn or old .. very disappointed and iv have had this problem more than once .. it is a hang out there always 4 or 5 employees sitting on the floor or on there phones doing nothing.. the blasting Spanish music is unneeded in a business like that .. there management staff could care less about doing any job period.. taht place is always packed and seems to be more people sitting around then doing anything.. I’ll take a picture next time of the employees doing nothing taht are getting paid on the clock. But you have cameras so view them ..

Customer service was awesome and very friendly that’s just the start. I ordered a $12.99 dinner box but I swear it felt like it was a $99.99 dinner box. The ingredients tasted so amazing and it was so fresh and well done . I don’t know but this pizza huts marinara sauce tasted like how its supposed to and its very delicious. All in all honestly the pizza hut I’ve ever visited and will visit again. I appreciate all the hard working people and the owner of this place

I don’t understand how you can have my phone number and email, send me text alerts that it’s on the way but NOT contact me to tell me you’re here?? There are ZERO excuses to explain why I found my food on my porch with no receipt, cold & sitting in the rain. Not only that, but the app AND site are down, so I can’t contact anyone directly about my issue. Instead I have to air my dirty dinner laundry on a Google review because you guys can’t be bothered to have a proper throughline of communication.
Thank GOD I ordered my wings on discount wing Wednesday, or else I’d have paid full price for cold chicken.

Although the facility was clean and the employees were pleasant, the quality of the food was far below any expectations we had. I called to notify the manager immediately. The pizza(s) had the correct toppings etc, but it was dry/old, not hot, and tasteless. I was told I would receive a full refund.

We got wings (24) all one flavor (Hawaiian teriyaki) they were put in this extra large take out bowl thingy and when we got home only half the wings had sauce. Like it was just squirted in. We had to coat them all ourselves with not really enough sauce. We have gotten them many times because we love them and the sauce, and each time the wings come with a different amount of sauce and different degree of coverage.
