I came straight from work, exhausted and just trying to eat. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to pick up this order, got home, and opened the box to find pepperoni on my pizza even though I never ordered pepperoni and it wasn’t on the receipt. I’m Muslim and can’t eat pork, so the food was completely useless to me. My last name, Mohamad, is clearly printed on the receipt, which should have made it obvious that extra care was needed. When I called the store to explain, they didn’t offer to remake the pizza. Instead, they refunded only $10 and left me with no meal after wasting my time and gas. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location. The customer service is awful and they clearly don’t care.

Honestly really disappointed. My husband ordered a plain pizza and somehow we were given pepperoni. He drove far out of his way, got all the way home, opened the box, and that’s when we realized the mistake. At that point the night was already ruined.
When we called, the only thing they offered was a refund. No offer to remake the pizza, no free replacement, no attempt to make it right after wasting our time and gas. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and talking back, like we were the problem for pointing out their mistake. The attitude was unnecessary and rude. Religiously we CANNOT consume pork, so this was a big let down for us !
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was awful. Customer service was terrible, and there was zero accountability. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. ( the 3 star rating speaks volumes , listen to it and DONT go there !!!)

Me and parents went there to eat. When we got there it was empty probably one couple eating. No one was at the front to help us get seated. Stood there for a good 5 minutes and nothing. Then we whistle then a guy came out really mad. We told him if we can seat on our own. Just ignore us and he whispered something to himself which we could hear it. It wasn’t welcoming to be even there. We told him never mind. We are going to eat somewhere else. He got annoyed and just told us “whatever” as we were leaving. If someone isn’t going to be nice and welcoming. Don’t work there and don’t give me attitude to customers

This place is horrible. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza. Italian sausage and bacon. It came with sausage. My fiancé took a closer look and it had a piece of bacon on the slices with sausage. The melt that I ordered was supposed to be chicken bacon parmesan. It barely had any chicken and once again. A piece of bacon. Never again. Pizza Hut mines well go back out of business. The boneless wings was the only thing right.

This was my first time here it took a while for someone to take our order, but I realize they were short handed with employees at the time. That being said, I thought their deep dish pizza was great. They didn’t have the red glasses lol, but I would recommend this place to others.

Never again. I’m so angry right now, I should take a minute before I write this. It was cold, flat, under cooked, the crust was dry and there was hardly any sauce. The girl at the pick up window does not belong in customer service. Find a different job, preferably where there’s no human interaction.
I tried to call and tell them but I kept getting routed to the call center and every time they transferred me back to the local store and was disconnected every time. This happened about six times before I gave up. But I guess none of this really matters because I’m not going back there again.

ARE YOU KIDDING? This is their EDGE pizza? What a disgrace. I can’t believe I actually paid for this. Looks like they gave us “the edge” treatment on our breadsticks too! Hopefully I can reverse the charge.

Took out a medium pizza and their apple pies. The only downside, and it’s mine, is that it wasn’t as hot as if I had eaten it there. Those apple pies were good, but they give you 6 and I ate them all!

I ordered the pizza and clearly mentioned that extra cheese but I didn’t get my pizza with extra cheese also I mentioned that I am meat allergic, if they missed extra cheese then I am pretty sure they also missed my dietary instructions.
