While visiting Atlantic City in mid-April 2025 I decided to stop by Pizza Hut to grab a quick bite to eat. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by the cashier Lillian who was very welcoming. There was one small menu on the wall. I think there should be several especially since it’s so small for people to view. At least have one on each side. We ordered a small pie, breadsticks, and a cookie. The wait time was fair. I would recommend placing your order in advance as there was only one chair located inside of the restaurant. When we arrived back to our hotel room, we were excited to dig in. The pizza was so overcooked it was so dry you had to down it with a beverage. We couldn’t take it anymore that we decided to stop eating it. The breadsticks and cookie were the same way. The quality of the food was highly disappointing. I wasted my money we didn’t even eat the food and decided to toss it. I highly doubt if I’m in the area that I would revisit this location.

I ordered pizza for the snow cleaning crew. Order was confirmed and they never delivered it. One manger “Sef” called me and said, we cannot deliver because it is a big order. I contacted the “chat” and they instructed me to contact the store again. The lady another manager told me, for this size order, we need 24 hours advance notice. When I asked her name, she hung of the phone in me. In the evening, the general manager called me and told me the same story. All individuals were unprofessional and rude and no wonder this establishment has 2.8 stars review on the Google. I am done with this store. I will never order from the again.

For some reason the workers here find it very difficult to include a common item in someone’s order. Ordered wings as part of my order and they somehow forgot this. Even the customer service is below average, you aren’t speaking to a human, you’re just speaking to a robot forced to regurgitate the same rhetoric the “higher ups” program them to say. Still have not received a refund for my missing item and it’s been over a week. This is not the first instance either. Save your money, and taste buds.

I was on vacation and had never been to this location before. It was a late night after spending the entire day at the beach, and we decided to order pizza. We customized our pizza to our liking and also ordered a cookie.
When the order was delivered, the pizza was incorrect — it was missing toppings and condiments — and the cookie was burnt. In addition, the delivery driver claimed he did not have change for our cash payment, which made me feel as though he simply wanted to keep the extra amount as a tip. Because we were tired, we did not eat the pizza that night.
The following morning, I called the store to report the issue. The manager informed me that she could not issue a refund because, according to her, I had been to the store before and she had “heard my voice.” I explained that I was on vacation and had never been to that store in my life. She then asked me to bring the pizza in person, which I had no problem doing since I had no reason to lie about the situation.
I feel the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. To be accused of dishonesty over the phone, instead of being helped as a customer, was disappointing and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I would never order from this location again.

Only gave one Star. Because there’s no zero stars. First after the staff is done doing under the table food deals with the local “ladies of the night ” You can look at their menu with all the prices blacked out. But can give you a deal on a one topping large for 15$. And watch the cashier put in some bogus code and slip that sale into their pocket. So don’t use credit/debit.

I called in to complain about my order being messed up and the person that identified herself as a manager named Tika are Mika was very rude she didn’t even let me talk or even explain to her my issue she just told me she couldn’t help me because I wasn’t here I can’t help you I wasn’t here and I said well I’ve been a manager at many different places and I never would tell a customer that I can help them cuz I wasn’t there and she said yeah well that’s what I’m saying plus I’m the only one here and I got customers so I don’t got time for that it’s very rude and very disrespectful for someone to cut you off while you’re talking especially if they’re supposed to be in a management position or wholesome kind of supervisor title she was very nasty and upon cutting me off every time I try to talk and tell her what was wrong with my order she hung up in my face and that was even worse and when I told her I was going to complain to the general manager she told me she didn’t care because she was busy and didn’t have time for my issue and I’m going to post this review and also complain to the general manager

This is the thinnest pan pizza I’ve ever seen. I’m almost certain it wasn’t cooked in pan. Totally lacks the pan flavor other pizza hut locations have too. Furthermore, I’m sick of ordering delivery from pizza hut only to have them give it to door dash, who lacks any way to keep the pizza warm during delivery. Pizza. Once again, was cold on delivery when I live close by. If I order from pizza hut, a pizza hut driver with a warm bag should deliver it. Period.

This place gives the most shittiest customer service. Took my order and cancelled after two hours later. Why the hell would you wait two hours to let me know that you cant make my food. I was tracking my food for two hours saying “still preparing” then canceled it. Another time called to order, picks up the phone and I said “are you guys open?” he replies “No” and hung up right away without saying anything else. Like why are you answering the phone if you’re not open. All the employees are rude with zero manners.

After calling him for 15 minutes with no answer, I called the store. They answered, immediately put me on hold, and I finally hung up after almost 30 minutes waiting on the line.
