The order we put in for $60 wasn’t correctly made. when we went back to the store to resolve it, the person in charge wanted to give us a $10 coupon for our next visit (which we didn’t accept) and he kicked us out. When he called customer service, and they didn’t fix things. I was left without my food and without my money back.

The pizza was ready when I arrived. It was hot. I was just as I ordered and it was delicious. (It looked good too.) The young lady who brought out my pizza was smiling and said “Enjoy your pizza.” Could I ask for more? Nah.

An egregious experience! We ordered a pizza at 7pm and was informed it was in route by 9pm… called there phone and the transfer lines kept dropping the lines. From that point we drove to the restaurant for a refund, with no compensation!!!! As consumers we must be more mindful of how we spend our money specifically with establishments that have pugnacious customer service!!!! Poor experience – poor establishment, poor pizza, poor ingredients!!!!

Being able to get a hold of someone directly when i call would be good. I got some outside service that couldnt take my credit card for payment so i ordered online instead. The food was delivered late. Food delivery on time would be nice.
