A joke ordered taco pizza had to put it together myself for one two I ordered wings they barely put any sauce, 3rd I chose two sauces because it was required however I ordered cinnamon sticks and there was no option for icing so I figured it comes together they genuinely gave me garlic sauce with my cinnamon sticks my partner went back in to let them know and she responds u can only pick two sauces lacking common sense I had no option to skip the sauce choice and icing wasn’t one of them so my partner proceeded to buy 80 cent icing cups like what? I wish I would’ve came with him I would’ve said something petty and disrespectful march 27th around 1:40 pm.

I was served completely raw food. Completely raw dough. Even the French fries were ere still frozen in the center. When I called to get my order replaced, the girl that is always wearing a bun hung up on me repeatedly. The same girl was also playing with the inside of her nose ring and then fixing pizzas. After finally getting through to a manager, they said to come in any time for my replacement but when I came in, the employees refused to fulfill it. The manager now changed her mind after they say in the office on the phone for over 10 minutes discussing god knows what. I had placed an order for over $50 and they only replaced $20 worth of raw food. NEVER EAT HERE

I placed an order for two personal pan pizzas and a chicken Alfredo on a Friday evening and arrived at the estimated pickup time to find several customers waiting and no one at the register. Only two employees were working in the kitchen and no one was at the counter—and they were clearly overwhelmed by the volume of orders.
After waiting over an hour with no updates or resolution, I left without receiving my food. During that time, I watched others leave as well.
This situation was unfair to both customers and employees. The staff did their best but were set up to fail due to poor staffing and management.
I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to address staffing and operations to prevent this from happening again.

Ordered online. Delivered my order and was missing a whole pizza. Called the store and a girl refused to give me her name… Also refused to let me speak with a manager and or give me her name. After calling back several times and being put on hold multiple times… I was told they can’t do anything and hung up on me.

food is excellent, never really treat myself to pizza hut but when i finally did i ordered it through, of all places, doordash. which i dont even know why the biggest pizza chain in the US doesn’t have their own delivery service, had my dasher waiting there for over a half an hour and than said “dont know where my order is” so i was forced to cancel. absolutely ridiculous. will not be returning.

I recently decided to try the pizza at this place, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The pizza didn’t taste good, and the service left a negative impression — the staff seemed unfriendly, as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. I hope the quality of the food and the attitude toward customers will improve.

Really have nothing good to say.. oh wait the pizza was ready when I got there. I was already annoyed at the over priced pizza but was willing to try the Buffalo Chicken pizza.. don’t do it!! Barely any chicken on there.. some prices didn’t even have any chicken at all. I opened the box when I received the order and said “what I am disappointed ” the cashier said” is it not what you ordered?” I said “yes it is but look at it.. I’m disappointed ” she said “sorry “. I am not a complainer and I always try to find the good but I’m pissed. I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a while and I see why.

When I called to give address for delivery the woman put in the wrong town, so my delivery person was very confused and I had called the delivery guy and he kept telling me “no problemo” and hanging up before I could give him the correct address. He then sent me a picture of the address and order which was incorrect. I called Pizza Hut at that point and trying to discuss the order was goin to wrong address and they would not listen to me either. So I waited for someone to contact me since everyone was hanging up on me. I was trying to avoid this issue completely. The delivery person then had an English speaking person call me when I explained the address was in my laurel NJ and not the town they had written on (Marlton NJ). I got my delivery, cold and the boneless wings were not secured with any tape or label and looked partial eaten.
