Great time at Pizza Hut! The food came out hot and fresh the pizza was delicious and the toppings as well and the crust was spot on.

Big shoutout to Jomy and Joshua for the awesome service. They were quick, polite, and made sure everything was on point the whole time. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which makes a huge difference.

Overall, solid experience, good food, good service, no complaints. Definitely coming back next time I’m craving pizza.

When it comes to chicken wings, I always choose Pizza Hut. They’re crispy and big. I love their lemon pepper bone-in chicken wings and the Cajun fries! I always order their Meat Lover’s and Supreme stuffed-crust pizzas with a combination of Pepsi! And the staff are also nice and helpful!

I just want to add a little experience I had today while waiting for my pizza.. As I was waiting, a young woman walked in with her daughter, who was maybe 5 years old. The woman asked for a personal pizza and asked the price. It’s a very reasonable deal at just $6, and the woman was pleased. Then the daughter asked if she could get a drink too. The mother asked the employee how much a drink cost, and she said $3+. I don’t know the exact amount, but it was very close to $4, and might have been above $4 which is disgusting and insane. The woman rightly balked at this price and asked why a simple drink would cost more than half of the price of a small personal pizza? She then asked for a cup of water for free instead just for her daughter and the employee refused, claiming that they only have soft drinks and no water at all. In the end, she broke down and paid the ridiculous price for the drink.

The sad truth is I have been noticing almost all fast food and sit down restaurants trying to push drink prices to $4 and $5. What is the actual cost to a fast food restaurant for 1 drink? 12 cents for the liquid soda, 7 cents for the paper cup and 1 cent for the lid. In the 1990’s they charged us the consumer $1.20 for a soda… Then that slowly rose to $2. Then this year that same $1 cup of soda that costs the manager 20 cents is almost $5! That price used to be exclusive for airports and NYC tourist areas, but now it’s spreading like a virus and every restaurant is pushing drink prices past the limit of the consumer.

My solution is to buy my drinks in bulk at Costco and bring one every time I go out to eat.

If the management reads this, please work with Pizza Hut corporate and let’s get those drink prices back down to reasonable $1 or $2. Price gouging drinks is really bad. It’s mostly water, a little syrup and ice. Why should that be almost the same price as the pizza?

End of update.

Nice pizza hut location in Bergenfield. It’s at the Teaneck end of town, close to the Armory.

What I miss most is the Pizza Hut of the 1980s. It used to be a large, family style, sit down restaurant with plenty of tables, salad bar and pan pizza delivered to your table still inside the deep dish pan.

Today we have only the pizza remaining. No more salad bar, no more family style sit down restaurant. Just grab your pizza and go.

Pizza is cooked hot, fresh and tasty. the personal pie is just the right serving size and price at $6.
The flavor has a nice balance of dough, cheese and sauce with a buttery texture. This is without the nasty heavy garlic infusion that Domino’s pizzas suffer from.

Parking in the back is free but space is limited.

Restaurant was clean. No indoor seating other than 1 park bench to rest at while waiting for your food to cook.

Employee was friendly and fast.

The size of those wing were absolutely ridicoulus that doesnt look like chicken wing looks like pigeon wings by its size

Had to trow them to the garbage and call store to complain they didnt take the complain and called uber eats to request refund and they didnt do anything at all.

Paid $15 for pigeon wing size to dump them in the trash can.

We have loved this Pizza Hut in the past but last two times we ordered were terribly disappointed and this time I’m done. I recieved RAW PIZZA! Read the story… so I track my order online from time I ordered to time it I ordered until it left the store was about 14 minutes which never happens. I said ah maybe they had a lull so they get it out fast. Still didn’t seem like enough time to cook. Well I continue waiting… Thirty extra minutes from the time they say it’s leaving shop til it gets to me. I’m less than a mile away. Okay perhaps a few orders had to be delivered. Open the box and the pizza is raw! Two pizzas, same thing. One was a large, one was a medium, both raw, medium worse than large. I had to throw both pies I ordered in the oven again just to be able to eat them. An hour waiting for pizza and the dough wasn’t cooked. Had to heat my oven and leave it in for nearly ten minutes for it to be cooked all the way through. Disgusting. I took a photo. It may be hard to see. My husband and son even noticed the pizza was not right after one bite. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I know it’s super bowl Sunday but an hour delay on my carry out order is obscene and unethical when the system told me my order was ready. I arrived to pick up and there are literally 30 people waiting for their orders, too. The employee called out a dozen names of all the orders waiting behind the counter and none of them are present. Very disorganized.

PLEASE DISABLE OR UPDATE THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM SO THAT PEOPLE HAVE AN ACCURATE WAIT TIME FOR THEIR ORDER.

I waited at the store for 40 minutes AFTER my order was “ready.” And then I canceled and left, but they said my order wasn’t showing paid for even though I prepaid online when I ordered.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut since I was younger so I was excited to order from here. I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday online for delivery. I was surprised that my delivery was being fulfilled by Door Dash. The expected delivery time kept changing. In the end it took 52 minutes to arrive. When I saw the driver pull into the driveway I opened the door and stepped out but he just left the pizza on the floor at my side door. I did not select contact less delivery either. The pizza was cold and really hard and disgusting. I never had a crust that was like literal crackers. I guess that’s why it’s called thin and crispy. If I wanted crackers I would have bought crackers, not pizza. Even my dog refused to eat it and he eats everything. The hand tossed crust was also hard. I’m going to order Domino’s or Papa John’s from now on. I luckily have these various options within 10 minutes of me.
