The worst Pizza Hut ever . Ordered online, it showed order ready to pick up . Went to the store they said I still have to wait 45 minutes because in online it doesn’t show the accurate thing . The cheese from the pizza literally fell out from the pizza the lady pick it up and put it back on the pizza and closed the box and pass it to give it to me . Went there few time every time have to wait even though it’s showed ready for pick up . Think have to stop going there .

Was just recently visiting Pizza Hut and the atmosphere was horrible very uncomfortable and unsanitary definitely needs a health inspection and manger was rude and over charged me and refused to pay me my refund Team members not wear proper uniforms or using gloves. I ordered from the app and my order was wrong and when I called the restaurant to explain the situation, they told me that they couldn’t do anything, that they have a third party to do their deliveries. When I suggested to ensure people’s deliveries to be packaged in a way that the driver wouldn’t confuse them with others orders, the response I was given that’s out of their hands. If customers make their orders, people expect what they ordered, or am I in the wrong? I was very upset with my delivery. I would not order from them again.

Worst Pizza Hut branch on Earth!
Had a pizza pre-ordered online for carryout. 430pm pickup, came and pizza was not ready. 15 minutes after being told to wait a couple of minutes, I stood up and went to the cashier (big guy with beard). He tells me my pizza is not ready. So Another 10mins pass by, I stand up again. Cashier goes back inside kitchen, comes out with my order, prints receipt and says “next”. No apologies expressed.
Lousy service. Lousy personnel.

Food was not good it tastes like cardboard. Pizza and cheese sticks were over cooked. You can tell this was not fresh made. I had the feeling it was re-heated. Waited over 20 minutes. Waste of money and time. Never again going there.

Watch out for this place. They serve old, freezer-burned dough which has a bad taste and texture. You can see in the photos that this doesn’t remotely resemble a pan pizza. Problems like this might explain why there wasn’t a single person in the restaurant and they even converted half of their dining room to a haphazard and unprofessional looking storage area. I haven’t been to this location in years since I’m not usually in that area and it seems to have fallen off a cliff. I don’t remember even a small problem when I was here last.

I don’t even know where to begin. First of they don’t want to pay employees so they have only one person going crazy between the kitchen, phone, and online orders. She messed up my order and when I asked for plates for my kids she said she was too busy and just passed me two cinnabon boxes for me to BREAK and use. She couldn’t handle the workload and was being rude even saying an offensive slur about a client in spanish and to her surprise he spoke Spanish too so she had to apologize to him when he called her out for it. It’s simply a mess and HORRIBLE place to go to. You will not have your food for over an hour. Do not go here. HIRE AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!

I ordered two personal pies, trying to use my T- mobile coupon. The taste as I can remember. The manager Gloria ( sorry not 100% sure) was very pleasant helpful, I wish the sites can have a way to honor coupon when they don’t work. Especially T-Mobile one.
