I ordered two large pizzas and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were good and tasted fresh, which was the only positive part of the order. Unfortunately, the pizzas were very disappointing. They were undercooked, felt old and reheated, and didn’t taste fresh at all. As shown in the pictures, I really didn’t enjoy them. The service was great, the cashier was friendly, the order was handled quickly, and there were. The atmosphere was nice, with music playing in the background. However, food quality is the most important part, and it was disappointing.

Very disappointed. My order came burnt and ruined, and ham was added to my cheese sticks even though I cannot eat it for religious reasons. The UberEats driver was great, but the restaurant completely failed. Never ordering here again.

I ordered a large, Tavern crust pizza with 3 meats for $11.99 and 12 pc wings. The order was delivered and one of my Ranch sauces that I was charged for was missing, but I didn’t want to bother calling about it.
So, I go to take a small bite of the pizza and the cheese was a dark orange color, sausage was hard, and the crust was so overcooked that the pizza had no flexibility. I could pick the pizza up and drop it without it bending at all.
So, I called this store to ask for another pizza to be delivered. The first time, a man answered and told me I’ll need to call the number back and ask for the Manager….. I called back and someone picked the phone up then hung it up. Then, I got a call back from a Pizza Hut callback number and then someone answered the phone who said he was a Manager. I explained to him how overcooked this pizza is and then picked a slice up and dropped it several times and asked if he could hear how hard the pizza is.
I then told him I could send him a picture since his tone came off as not believing me. He then told me to send him a picture, I said okay, and before I could get any email address or a instructions for sending a picture, he hung up the phone.
I called right back and have now been on hold for over 20 minutes. I also plan to find out who the Owner is or if there is a Regional Manager or a higher up. I know if they treated me like this and not one time did I get loud or aggressive, so I can only imagine how many others have been treated like this. Now, I’ll need to dispute the charge when all I wanted was a fresh pizza.
I’m wrapping up this review and it is now 19 minutes and 50 seconds they’ve had me on hold. So, I guess they’re waiting for me to hang up. After 21 minutes, they hung up the phone.

I actually went to go pick up my order, staff greeted me with a smile and asked me how I was doing and everything. Got home and me and my bro were really happy with everything pizza was toasted just right, wings were fire, breadsticks with the marinara were on point. Honestly a really good experience from walking in to enjoying the food at home.

Service was 5 star!!!! With every place so packed up it was nice that they not only picked up when I called but actually offer dine in option unlike other big name pizza places. For always just driving past this location I think we’ll make more effort to actually come and enjoy!

I had ordered from this location several times but the last 3 times they always messed up something, my recent order I ordered a pizza with a 2 liter bottle (Pepsi) and a received a MUG Root beer ♀️ I don’t know if they ran out of Pepsi or just picked whatever. Another time also ordered 3 pizzas and a 2 liter and received a 20 oz. They really don’t check or follow instructions.

I walk in to pick up an order and I am greeted by someone glued to their phone. It wasn’t until the gentleman in the back yelled and said you have a customer that he replied “I know I have a customer” while still on his phone. Before he even acknowledges me he turns around to get food for the gentlemen waiting before me but before he turns around to hand it to the customer he opens the box and takes a bite out of whatever was in that box. The customer did not notice so I stopped him outside and told him about it. Terrible experience, terrible service, and terrible attitude. Date of service November 17 around 9:10 PM

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I love the pizza here. The place has a lot of space and welcoming people. The jerseys on the wall also brighten up the atmosphere.

I’ve ordered and went to go eat here so much times and I have never had a problem. The staff are so nice and helpful and always greeting everyone with a smile. Service is quick and I always get all my items exactly the way I order it. My experience is always easy and enjoyable

Probably one of the worst pizza I have ever ate. Everything tasted very cheap and did not taste good, the texture was like cardboard. I tried Dominos a fee times and I didn’t love their pizza, so I thought to try pizza hut which was a huge mistake, pizza hut makes Dominos taste like Italy, like heave, like the best pizza ever.
I really dislike pizza hut pizza, everything tasted awful and the texture was the worst. I would NOT recommend this pizza or sides ever to anyone. 0 out 10, I would score below one star if I could, this was a wasted of money.
