pizza hut is one of my favs but the pizza i got from here tonight completely dropped the ball :/ it tasted horrible, like nothing, no flavor. thin and hard. even the cheese had a bad taste. tossing it. waste of money. idk if it was just my pie or if others have experienced this at this location but i won’t risk wasting $25 on a pizza from here again.

Food is always so good and high quality. Never have to wait long for my food. Lauren is always very nice and puts a smile on my face every time. Couldn’t wait to take a photo of the full pie it smelt so good.

Typically, I have a great experience with food delivery from here, and the food usually arrives hot and well prepared. Unfortunately, last night’s delivery was very disappointing. The food arrived cold, and the breadsticks didn’t appear to be fully cooked. I had to reheat everything in the oven. Since deliveries are handled through DoorDash, I’m not sure if the food was properly packaged to keep it warm. This isn’t the first issue, on a previous order, one of my items was missing, and I had to request a refund.

The Pizza Hut in Avenel has to be my favorite locations. They’re great at accommodating without giving me a fuss. I have visited other nearby locations and their customer service doesn’t even compare to the service I get at this location. Food is always amazing, never burnt or undercooked. And the atmosphere is very welcoming. Employees always greet me with a hello how are you instead of greeting me with annoyance like most other locations do.

I come to this Pizza Hut every week. The food is great. The people are nice. Lauren handles her business and is a very good manager! I just wish they’d get a doorbell so when someone’s in the back room and you walk on, they know you’re there. Other than that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Pizza Hut! I just took off one star because of that. No biggie. It’s still great.

I always order from here. Never had an issue. Lauren is nice and professional- she wants customers to be satisfied. Before you leave she opens your order in front of you. So, if anything is wrong you can say it then. As for taste – always delish. Jennifer is also nice and professional.

Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut location. I ordered a half super supreme and half cheese pizza. When I came by the said they were confused about it because it showed half cheese. I said yes I wanted a half cheese half super supreme. The said it may take time. I then saw them take a plain cooked cheese pie and put half of it with toppings and try to cook the toppings on top of a cooked pie. I waited with my 4 year old daughter for 15 more minutes in the store.
My daughter need to go to the bathroom but it was locked. I asked for the key and the employee said someone is in there. I said I don’t think so because I’ve waited 10 minutes and sitting to to the bathroom I never saw anyone go in there. She said it’s locked so someone’s in there. I made sure I knocked on door multiple times in front of the employee showing her that no one was in there. She chose to ignore me and pretend to help other people. What makes this even worse is my daughter is literally about to cry to go to the back room and yet the employee would not come and help. It wasn’t until it walked up to the counter and said there’s no one in the bathroom I’m knocking on the door and no one has answered my daughter need to go to the bathroom or she will go on your floor. That’s when she finally got a key and opened the door. Mind you, she kept saying some one was in the bathroom, however when she opened the door for my daughter she didn’t even knock. So with that I knew she knew no one was in the bathroom.
When I got home I opened my pizza and it was a joke. The topping all fell off the pizza by their shenanigans of trying to cover up their mistake. I complained to corporate about the service my daughter was given and about the pizza. But all they did was send me a generic email. It just seems like they allow this poor behavior in their stores

Love this Pizza Hut!! I come here every week because it’s so close to my job, and they never disappoint! My pizza is always hot and fresh, the customer service is always pleasant and I never have to wait long. Keep up the great work guys, it’s really appreciated!!

We ordered online for in-store pick up and pay the prices didn’t match the advertised price but the manager was able to fix the issue and give us the advertised price . The food was good your standard pizza hut experience very good hit and fresh the mozzarella sticks were surprisingly above average considering most mozz sticks are basically the same unless therenbread crumbs verses batter I do prefer batter but these were excellent . I would and will recommend this pizza hut !! Good job guys !!!!
