I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my discomfort regarding a recent experience. I have ordered from this establishment several times, and each occasion has presented some issue that I typically choose to overlook or resolve by visiting in person. I understand that mistakes can occur, and as long as they are rectified, I am generally satisfied. However, after the latest error with my order, I felt it necessary to bring this matter to the attention of management. When I called, Heather answered and, after I explained my situation, she looked up my order and asked, “What would you like me to do about it?” After attempting to clarify that this was not the first occurrence of such an issue, I expressed that I was unsure what could be done other than notifying them. She interrupted me, stating, “Let me hand the phone to my manager,” in a tone that seemed impatient. I made a conscious effort to remain polite, as I have years of experience in customer service and understand that it can be a challenging job, especially after a long night. Although her tone was somewhat unwarranted, I chose to overlook it. When the manager came on the line, I reiterated my concerns, and the manager informed me that the item had been out of stock for weeks and that corporate had not communicated this information. They mentioned having one bag that had just defrosted. I ended the call politely, feeling dismayed that no one in the store had taken the initiative to inform me that the item was unavailable or to suggest a replacement. A simple acknowledgment, such as, “We apologize for the unavailability of this item,” would have sufficed. I understand that busy nights can be overwhelming, but a small gesture of kindness or consideration can make a significant difference. Other than the mistake, the food was fine.

My son and I don’t get out for dinner very often because nine times out of 10 we are disappointed with service at other restaurants. Tonight was completely different we had a fantastic waitress named Katie that made the whole experience relaxing and wonderful. Our food arrived promptly and hot our drinks were refilled and we had Pleasant conversation. Katie kept the dining room clean with prebussing. Genuinely worth the extra Drive

We stopped at Pizza Hut here in the way to Acadia. The service was excellent. The food was great. Restrooms were clean. Really liked the salad bar. Overall very nice and well maintained place. We ordered some wings, chicken Alfredo and cheesy garlic bread. Overall enjoyed the food and the place. My daughter also played game and got a stuffy.

We celebrated my daughter’s 13 birthday this last Saturday we have a rather big family there is 10 of us a couple daughter-in laws and couple grand babies. The food was amazing and served in a very timely manner and the food was very good. Can’t beat the price on the big meal deal we got 2 and was more than enough food for all of us.

If you can get served , the food is comparable to other locations I have dined at . Tonight , was the second time I have tried to dine in and left after no service . There is is no hostess at the door to greet and seat you , you have to just wait around until someone notices you . Once our party was seated we were not given menus or drinks for 50 minutes . When the drinks came out , 3 of 10 were missing . We ordered two pizzas and wings and were served and charged for 4 pizza and wings . The dining room was not busy at all and we watched 3 other parties get up and leave without eating obviously disgruntled with lack of service . I don’t ever have an issue when using the drive thru , but I strongly recommend you don’t bother wasting your time trying to dine in . I have had the same experience at this location about a year ago and was hoping it was a one time experience .

I ordered off of the Pizza Hut app and they have a cash option so I selected it. My order total came out to $22 and some change and all I had was two $20s which I didn’t think much of because usually when they send their own driver they have change for breaking it. Well instead of sending their own driver they sent a DoorDash driver who didn’t have change so I had to leave a $18 tip! When I tried calling Pizza Hut to ask about it they said “ not our driver its not our driver “ well why would you offer cash paying as an option then send someone you know doesn’t have change??? If I’d known I was gonna be forced to spend the entire $40 I would’ve ordered more food. Of course I was going to leave a tip anyway but not the entire $18!

I order an 18 piece bone in wings Garlic Parmesan while eating in the parking lot because I have ate at all today and I only got 12 pieces …. way over priced and can’t count….

I did not know that they did parties but we has my son’s 8th b-day party there and it was great. They were very accommodating right there with anything we asked for. The kids enjoyed the Pizza’s and ordering their own drinks. Not to mention the price couldn’t be beaten. We had a great time. Thank you Pizza hut.
