This place really went above and beyond on a short notice today. Our reservation for our sons 13th birthday party were canceled by another restaurant with less than an hour to go for showtime. We had to pivot hard to get food from here and place the party at our house. When the staff heard about the change and that it was our son’s 13th birthday party they went far above and beyond to make sure our order was not only correct but was amazing and gave us everything we needed to make sure it was a successful party. I want to say thank you to the opening staff that was there today January 24th. I didn’t get your names but thank you for your kindness, your compassion, and your willingness to go above and beyond for a little boys birthday on a day when the weather was barely above 0. This type of dedication and professionalism should be recognized and rewarded.

If I could give zero stars I would sat there 20 minutes and was ignored ready to order there was only 2 other tables the waitress kept waiting by us like we didn’t exist. Will never go hear again and I Definitely would not recommend unless you want to be disrespected and ignored…….. we ended up paying for our drinks and eating somewhere else

My bf and I went there for dinner tonight. Our server in fact was not a server but I must say he did an amazing job! He was prompt, pleasant and very quick to get us our food. Probably hands down the best service we have gotten there. Really hope he takes a server job because he will do great!

We love the pizza. We live in southern Maine and there are no Pizza Hut around for years. We went to Waterville for a concert and stopped by here for a pepperoni pizza at 11pm. Omg the best. Just like how I remember Pizza Hut 20 years ago. Thank you for still open. Thank you for your wonderful service.

The pizza tasted delicious and was fresh! Our order was unintentionally messed up, but Angie gave us the best service by compensating by giving us free cheese sticks.

Very poor customer service. I am a doordasher and stood waiting for someone to come to the counter for at least 10 minutesm they were all outside smoking. When they finally came up to the counter, I complained about not being waited on and I was told that I was rude and impatient. The workers in there are not customer friendly and we’re very degrading about that I was a dash or not a customer.

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for years. The staff is friendly, the food is still good, Tyler the server is amazing, the interior desperately needs a makeover, and everyone I’ve spoken to says they want the pizza bar to come back!
