Got take out. The food was very good. Wings are very tasty and priced right compared to other restaurants. No Salad Bar or Buffet at this location. It’s a shame. I really enjoyed those. The location in Skowhegan brought the salad bar fairly recently for those looking for that option.

I got a pan pizza and cheesy bread sticks that were awful. This was nothing like any other Pizza Hut order I’ve ever had; both items were completely different than anything I’ve had in the past lacking flavor and texture. The cheesy bread sticks use to be one of my favorite foods as a kid and these seemed like some frozen old bread with a little bit of cheese on top. No seasoning or fluff at all.

We usually dont have a problem here. Our pizza was lacking the last time we went. We ordered 2x 3 topping pizzas and got very little of each topping, also the cheese was lighter than usual.

Should be 0 stars, they call it pizza but it’s not. They frequently leave part of the order out, and have disappointed us so many times that this last time was the last straw, we won’t be back. Decided to give the big New Yorker a try and my self I wanted wings. We did not get the wings but sure did get the half dozen sauces I ordered for them. For some reason the wings were not even part of the order so I wasn’t charged. Go figure huh, then the apple pies I did pay for but they didn’t make the trip. But I digress I came to talk about the pizza called a pizza the big New Yorker. What they called extra pepperoni was average at best, but the most amazing thing was somehow they cut it and put it in a box without cooking it. They did run it thru the oven but the dough was raw, so raw it would stretch more then the cheese. So raw it was white on the bottom with NO browning at all. It was so raw the cheese was not even melted enough to make the shreds melt together, you literally could see the individual shreds of cheese. I tried one slice and it was dough and soft cheese, it all went in the trash and I had to get Wendy’s for everyone after spending about 60 bucks plus tip. Oh and tips are now suggested at the rates of 18/20/25% what happened to 10/15/20% ? At the prices it looks like they are covering well over the “tipped” wage so why do they expect tips? Pay your people the tip system is over. AND STOP CALLING THIS ABOMINATION PIZZA its not and you need to change the name to slop hut.

Ordered a to-go order as it’s very convenient. Ordered it to be ready for when I left work at 3:30. Got there at 3:32, stood in there until 3:49 when all 3 workers decided to make an appearance out of the back, I even called 3 times to try to get someone up front but that didn’t work as it appears they were outside. Got my food and asked for ranch- note I have 2 pizzas, wings, and cheese breadsticks- to get told I get 1 then have to pay for the rest. So I took the one and left. Most disrespectful customer service and lack of urgency. Definitely will not be eating/ordering from here again.
