We went in for dinner and they were fairly busy. Only two people working but they were hustling to provide everyone awesome service! The restaurant was clean. The food came out hot and tasty. The waitress was super accommodating even though she had about 10 tables all at the same time and managing to go orders. She was providing refills without us asking, brought us extra sauce with a smile, she was working hard! This is old school customer service and commitment to quality which is even more amazing to find in a “fast food” type setting.

Samuel our waiter was one of the best waiters I’ve seen in a long time. Very attentive, genuinely polite, fast service. The food was good as any other Pizza Hut but the atmosphere was enjoyable. They had an all you can eat salad bar for $9.99 which most don’t, so that was a pleasant surprise.

By far the most incompetent people I’ve had to deal with. we called in to order a pizza and they said it had to be delivered to DoorDash and so they connected us with the New Jersey DoorDash; we live in Maine. Though the DoorDash driver was very polite convenient and helped us get our money back. We cannot say the same about the Pizza Hut in Rockland. I am sure that most of the people working there on the spectrum of some sort, but it’s no excuse poor service. Do not go here.

Not sure if this is a store issue or an app issue. I ordered lemon pepper fries with sweet chili wings and honey bbq wings. I received Cajun fries with spicy garlic wings and garlic parmesan wings. What happened?
Update 06/12/25 gave this store my last chance tonight. They need to hire their own drivers. Placed my order, said it would arrive at 7pm. Didn’t arrive until 8:30ish because they couldn’t find a Door Dasher to pick it up. Couldn’t even connect to a human at the local store. My order sat completed for over an hour. Fries were soggy, pizza was dry, wings had no sauce on them like the store forgot?

Attempted to be seated at about 6:30-6:45 last night and was told by person at register that their server had to leave so we couldn’t be seated. She may have been the manager but unsure. There were several tables occupied and they appeared to have ordered and been served. The two minutes it would have taken to seat us and take our drink/pizza order could have been handled easily but it was apparent that the person speaking to us had neither the desire or wherewithal to do so. We bypassed several restaurants because we wanted Pizza Hut. Zero Stars.

One of our pizzas wasn’t correct yet again. Seems like every time we order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and onions we never get the green peppers and onions only the pepperoni. This is the second time. It states on all of our orders that we wanted the thin crust pizza with what’s above. But Everything else was okay I suppose.

We dined there yesterday May 6th. A birthday girls choice for dinner. I did not get the young man’s name but I want to say he went above and beyond to make her feel special. He was working as host, waiter and cashier and did a great job. I only hope someone recognizes who it was and pass along my appreciation. Granddaughter gave him a five star review!!!

Website says open till 11pm, walked in at 8:30pm. The place was immaculate. Windows clean, floors mopped, with chairs, tables, & counters spotless. Staff? Nowhere to be found. But wait, a dude in the kitchen on his phone, a woman walks by three times without eye contact? I flagged her down as she tried to pass me again and I asked if they’re still serving. Nope. We closed at 8pm, I’ve turned away 4 tables since then. She suggests I order takeout but I didn’t walk in the restaurant wanting a takeout order. She tells me the website hours are incorrect. Come back in the summer. As I’m leaving, I wish other guests in the parking lot good luck. They ask why. When I tell them there’s no dine-in, they leave too. No Pizza Hut tonight. Probably no Pizza Hut tomorrow night.

I placed an order over the phone and was asked if delivery or pick up. I gave the address for delivery and then I was sent to an electronic for paying. At the end of that conversation I was told it would be ready for pickup. I immediately called back and was sent to the store where I waited on line for 18 minute 57 seconds and then it just shut off. I tried calling the store and again was put on hold. I ended up driving to the store to discover that they don’t have delivery and their answering service didn’t know that. I had to wait 5 minutes 17 seconds before anyone even spoke to me. Finally, a waitress pulled my order out of the warming oven, by now it was dried out and barely warm. It looked like a cheese pizza and it was suppose to be hamburger green pepper. There were 4 thin slices of green pepper and and 14 1/2 inch or less size nuggets of hamburger for a large pizza. Very disappointed in the service and product.
