Service was slow, forgot condiments, and mixed up to-go/dine in, causing us to wait 30+ minutes for no real reason.

Tables are unswept, un-even and unkempt. Food is poorly made, and their POS system is antiquated at best.

Been a while, was good – but not as good as what you remember. Tops were good and plenty of them. Cust was a pan crust wich i always liked. Sauce i dont think has changed in long time. Supreme pizza was my choice , glad I strolled down memory lane with a pizza in my hand

Dude come on…$32 for this?! And it doesn’t even have sauce on it! Guys this is unacceptable. I rarely ever get to have delivery pizza and now I’m even more disappointed.

Pizza Hut PR team gave me a coupon for another large pizza, so I decided to try again. It’s been an hour and a half and I still don’t have my pizza. On a Sunday night. In a town of 16,000. I called the first time and was hung up on. Called the second time and the dude’s English was so broken, I have no idea what he said. I have no idea if I’m getting my food tonight.

If we could give zero stars for our food and service today we would. We will not be back. The cashier didnt listen that we wanted multiple ranches for the veggie pizza and one for the boneless wings ( that now FYI doesn’t come with sauce automatically according to the manager at lunch time today) they charged us for a extra pizza sauce for bread sticks that we didnt want and gave us two of those and only one ranch. It’s a joke when you pay 46 dollars at a place and they treat you this way. The manager was told by us, we will not be back and he couldn’t even bother to fully care, just sorry to hear that, hopefully you’ll come back. After he didnt even resolve the issue. What a joke. We had multiple people in car and you think we are all going to share one sauce, to fight customers on sauce is a joke.

Not sure what happened. App said the food was done, so showed up and it still needed another 10 minutes. Waited 10 and still missed half of my meal after leaving the tip. Feel extremely ripped off.

Ordered the new melt. It took a little while to receive my order but they were extremely busy and I was impressed with the number of pizzas they were dishing out. Excellent teamwork and I was happy when I finally received my order. I opted for the meat lovers and it was pretty good. They brush it with butter and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. I will definitely be ordering from there again.

Buyer beware! Ordered pizza tonight on their website. Used my husband’s account due to the reward points. Apparently when my order was processed it was sent to door dash and my apartment number didnt transfer. They did try to call, but since my husband was at work, he didnt answer. Yes, it was my fault to not change the phone number, but ordering there several times before with no delivery issues, I assumed tonight would be the same. After waiting over an hour, I tried to call the store. Apparently a call center answered and was not able to give me an update on my order. He had to transfer me to the store. Ok….. 15 minutes later they finally answer the phone. She informs me that they would have to remake my order and it would be another 45 minutes or so for it to be redelivered. I told her to just cancel the order and I’ll take a refund. Apparently pizza hut does not give refunds. Just store credit…. ummmm…no. I didnt receive the food I should get a refund. And then either the phone disconnected or she hung up. But im guessing the latter. Tried the chat with customer service on the website. Same thing. Can’t issues refunds. Apparently in 1 to 3 business days i should expect a call from someone. But then they couldn’t tell me what number would be calling so I know its a legit number. Very frustrating. Especially with 2 hungry toddlers looking forward to pizza night.

The manager Amber went WAY above and beyond. Called and order pizza at 10:30. At 1:00am still had no pizza. Delivery through DoorDash which proved to terrible. Took my pizza that I paid for and never delivered it. I Called store and she as still there cleaning. Told her what happened and she fired up the oven and personally delivered my order to around 1:45am!!!! 2 hours after close. This is UNREAL customer service. Never ever even heard of anyone doing anything like that before in my life. I live in hotels for work traveling. I’m blown away by this service and her ownership to protect the Brand as well as deliver the most unbelievable service ever. I’m 33 years in retail and this action is one of the best customer service stories ever. Speechless about the ownership and the actions. This is beyond above and beyond. This is amazing. Then she had to drive home 45mins in the middle of the morning!!! Stories. Poems. Songs should be written about her and this action. Truly blown away. As managers there are “renters and there are owners”. Renters go through the motions and owners truly embrace the entire process of experience and protecting the Brand !!!! I never ever write reviews. This is an amazing story and hope she is properly recognized for her actions. This beyond exceptional !!!!! Way beyond. Can’t say enough great things about her. In addition, it was paid for w company card. Which means I need a receipt. She told me she would text me a receipt tomorrow when she gets in. How amazing is that ?!?!?!!!! Also sent me a VM text apologizing and thanking me for my patience and understanding. This lady makes a difference at work and in the world. A blessing from above. Special special leader !!!!!!!
