Love the food, nice staff but never order food and have them deliver at a specific time ♀️. Ask for a 12:30 delivery got it at 11:30 lol talk about early . Could pizza for lunch ♀️. Fries my desk can’t get order right. Ask for large pepperoni they gave me cheese .

Unfortunately sence covid this place has yet to bounce back. The buffet is still not open and when we went I was told they were out of mozzarella sticks,cinnamon sticks, and another item. It was a Tuesday around 7pm. I went In placed my order for 3 personal pan pizza’s face to face with someone and was told about 12 min wait. The wait time was not bad the food was done quickly. As a company food its self is very delicious. But of corse olny 1 out of 3 pizzas were correct.

What a shame!!! This is one of the last OG pizza huts left in the country, and the owner is abandoning it to get some trendy new building. Food was also overcooked and expensive.

So I stopped at the sanford pizza hut location with my husband, and we had to wait to be seated, not long like 2 to 3 minutes, but the manager, or the gentleman that appeared to be running the show that night, yelled to a girl to seat us, he was rude to the waitress and gave very unclear direction to the poor girl. Once we were seated I went to the restroom which was dirty, like black grime on the door by the doorknob from years of use without the door or handle every being wiped off, and when I returned to my table, there was an issue with the neighboring tables breadsticks which they refused to pay for because they were undercooked and when the poor waitress went to tell her supervisor she was spoken to in a rude and condecending manner, when we placed our order we ordered a big box dinner containing 3 rectangle pizzas, we realized what time it was and with a long drive ahead of us we asked for a box to put the pizzas in so we could take them home. The waitress graciously said she would grab us the box that was designed specifically for the meal we ordered when she went back to the kitchen the manager told her to give us 3 individual boxes instead of the one box that technically would have come with our order because it was less expensive to give us 3 regular boxes than the 1 special box to save on inventory and he was exceptionally loud and rude when he explained this to her and we could hear this all the way at our seats. He then followed up with ” what did you do to make them leave without eating”. We explained to her it was of no fault of hers we just had a long ride ahead of us and we thanked her for her service. All in all the management team in this location clearly doesn’t understand customer service or how to retain associates. As well as the overall care of the location and its cleanliness speaks volumes of how he runs his establishment. He should be ashamed of himself. Needless to say we left, but made sure our server got a decent tip because no one deserves to be that uncomfortable and mistreated at their place of employment.

Our waiter did not know what his role was or perhaps first day, or just VERY uninterested in the job. One of the meals came out late and middle was cold.

Food was on time, unfortunately was cold, no sauce on the pizza. I didn’t request it to be like that. I stood in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes while the employees looked at me and walked away. When they noticed “the look” on my face one employee finally came up and greeted me. Normally I have good experiences here. Not today!

Pizza and bread stick were fine but that was it. Waitress was slow and very rude when we asked for the check. And it took them over 10 minutes just to bring our drinks. This place has no concept of speed or customer service
