Friendly staff, great deals and selection at the buffet. They had one employee waiting on customers and he did an amazing job. I wish I caught his name! Definitely will be back when we have our pizza hut cravings every now and again!

This is the worst experience in a pizza hut that we ever had. The service was the worst and we received different things than we ordered. The personal is very rude!! We went 4/29/22 in the afteroon, we ordered wings and we received boneless, and the waitress told us that those were wings!!! Even when we are telling her that those are not and clrealy are not!

In this town for business and made the mistake of coming here. Place is completely empty, no surprise after I experienced it. Server/hostess grabs our menus and spin throws them on the table with a “here ya go.” This was emblematic of the service for the visit. Didn’t want to even stay to eat, but with a business colleague and didn’t want to make a scene. Food was par. Place was dirty everywhere. Apparently the locals know what I do now…don’t come here

I visited this restaurant at the end of the holidays when school was still out. The restaurant was packed. There were tables available, but they were so short staffed that they couldn’t get us seated fast enough. The waiters and waitresses were having a hard time, but this was obviously due to management not being able to properly staff during busy hours. The lunch buffet was going on, but due to the high volume of customers they could not keep the salad bar or the pizza buffet filled.
This was due to managements lack of scheduling extra people for the rush. I visited a week later when there was a quarter of the volume and the staff had no issue.

Drove an hour away just to have Pizza Hut! Website says they’re open dining and take out. Get all the way there and they’re closed only doing takeout through the window!
And then to get our food no napkins, no forks, and cold sauce!! And the dough definitely takes like it wasn’t raised enough!!
I tried to explain the lady that it might be a good idea to take the sign down. As I sat here and watched several people get out and try to go in very upset. Then I get to the window and I tell the lady again you might want to take that sign out she looks at me like I’m crazy!!
