My son and I decided to swing by last night. Waitress was GREAT… reminded me of the nostalgia of a nice family pizza restaurant. Toppings are generous and taste of the pizza is better than dominos and papa johns by far. Great wings awesome service. I tip my hat to the waitress for making our experience memorable!

The place is kind of old style. I like the look but the open kitchen is hard to see. The people there are super nice but as for food quality and price… not worth it. I’d rather go to papa Gina’s or domino’s. Better prices and bigger pizza size for the price.

Food: Salad bar was messy and a few veggies started to dry out?? Alot of options for a small salad bar.
Pizza was horrible. When there was pizza it started to dry out fast. Some even shriveled. Bread sticks were out for most of the time. Plastic pizza. We couldn’t even eat no pizza but still was charged the 40$ I hope the owner uses this donation to fix some things.
Our service or server was pretty much no ln existing. But wasn’t her fault because they weren’t but 2 servers for a whole room.
The ceiling is falling down. This place needs a good deep clean and repair.

I had a bad experience here the front desk lady was not helpful at all. she is showing racism. my other Indian friends also experienced this kind of thing previously from the same lady I didn’t expect pizza hut will show us this kind of behaviour i was literally calling her but She literally walked in front of me couple of times totally ignored me she literally stood me up for like 15 mins not even asked why i was here so the other guy attended me. I really hope this kind of behavior changes. The people in manchester pizza hut are very nice that’s why I always prefer them. I really hate it here.

My first food delivery every out where I live. My sister-in-law and mother-in-law placed a delivery phone order, veggie and cheese pizza, bbq wings and cinnamon sticks. They gave us marinara with the cinnamon sticks…I went to dunk and took a big bite and realized they were desert…but they forgot our frosting 🙁 waaaaa. Other than that was a yummy good meal. I don’t think pizza hut makes the best pizza out there, but I’ll take a yummy meal ordered with love and sent our way by family or friends anyway. Thank you we were hungry!

10 out of 10 service. I unexpectedly popped in with 10 hungry children after an event. I felt terrible doing that to them but The staff were so nice, food came out quick and hot, service was great. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing location! A total 5 star experience, and absolutely the best pizza hut i’ve been to. The service was amazing and the girls working there did an amazing job, and the pizza was fantastic! The vintage building and design was the reason we drove almost an hour to come to this location, and it was definitely worth it! The salad bar was fresh as well! can’t get a better experience at all with a chain restaurant, if it were much closer to me this would definitely become a weekly thing, i hope they never renovate the interior, it would be so sad to see it go!

I definitely felt like I stepped back in time when I walked into the Concord Pizza Hut today. Stopped by for lunch with my kids and the waitress was amazing. She was the only one working the lunch crowd and did an awesome job. Great pizza and breadsticks! Fun time at lunch time!

The good was great and service was very on point with great tasting good and i was quick 2 get my good. Only reason i didn’t put them in the all atar category is because they didn’t hve any customers just me and there was like 5 people there and all were standing around.

Great cheap $ lunch buffett offered. All you can eat pizza, pasta salad bar and desserts. Some times you will,have to wait for more pizza of it is busy but the Concord store is on top of it. This location is due for some updating , tables and seats dated torn and dingy. Bathroom is clean . Handicap access and plenty of parking. Great place for cheap family dining .
