The location is up the hill slope and it feels a bit remote at night. The restaurant is small but quite clean. The staff are friendly. The price of the pasta is around $2 more than the other states. The food Is really well cooked and loaded. Very hot and crispy. There are in house special. Watch out for them. The buffet odds back but it’s only on Tuesday and Thursday for lunch. I’ll go back and try.

Employee wasn’t very friendly. I asked if he could swap breadsticks out for cinnamon sticks in one of the pizza combos I bought and he refused saying it would cost more money for them to prepare cinnamon sticks. The food quality is usually pretty poor with pizzas being way too saucy and room temperature at best. The only good item that Pizza Hut offers now are their cinnamon sticks, but only if they put extra cinnamon on them. If they don’t have enough cinnamon, they are trash.
I called them last night to ask a question about the buffet and they told me they don’t have the buffet at this location, then rudely slammed the phone down which ended the call. I decided to call another location nearby and they told me that I was lied to and both locations have the buffet every Tuesday and Friday from 11:30 to 1:30.

I get nostalgic when I eat here. Food is always good. App is easy to navigate when we take out. Servers have always been great. Solid restaurant.

Just like others have said, this place stinks, literally. The restrooms smell like the sewer, and it makes it’s way I to the restaurant. The restrooms are nasty. The men’s urinal is rusted and leaking from the fixture onto the floor. The stall door is broken. The mirror is dirty and covered in water spots. There is no soap in the dispenser, how are the staff washing their hands? No paper towels, only an extremely old air dryer that barely works. Trash cans were overflowing into the floor. The table we were sat at was sticky, there was trash on the floor under it.
There was only one other customer in the building at the time, so there’s no excuse why the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It wasn’t busy.
If the areas that the customers CAN see look this way and aren’t cleaned, what does the kitchen look like?
I contacted Pizza Hut customer service to give them a chance to rectify the situation at the store. They told me they were reaching out to the owner of the store, and the owner would contact me as well. I was never contacted by anyone again after this response.
I went in again recently to check to see if anything had improved since contacting customer service, and it is still the same.

Got the personal pan pizza and minicinnabons. Fairly tasty but felt pricey for the quality.
The pizza hut location was nostalgic and fun. The waiter was attentive and kind! I’d try it out again!

We thought they had the brunch buffet open… but not on Sunday. Pizza was good . I like thin crust for a change. The salad bar didn’t have tomatoes or cucumbers… and no olive oil and vinegar for dressing. That would’ve been good. It was clean. Lettuce was fine. Our server was very nice!

Brought our school kids out for the buffet. Sherri, our hostess, was incredible! She was the only person on the floor, she served our group, kept all the food bars clean, fresh and over all neat and worked the cash register. Great food, we all left happy and full! Our kids can’t wait to go back! Heritage Baptist Academy, Nashua.

We dined in on 7/20/25. The restaurant smelled so bad that it was unbearable. We decided it would be best to tell the server not to drop the food at the table but to prep it as a to-go order. In addition, the table was very sticky, making for a very disappointing and uncomfortable dining experience. On a brighter note, our server David was very friendly!

Pizza hut pizza is unique. Love it….but, 2 weeks ago I dined in and treated about 7 people and we got way over charged. I was treating so I just payed it and stayed quiet. Last night my son and I went in for a carryout. Large one topping was 13.99 on the app, but it didn’t work so we went in person. I sent my son in cause I’m in a wheelchair. He was charged 35.00. I went in and the HUGE sign on their door read LG. 1x topping carryout 9.99, the manager said customers need to “Request” the deal, they dont give customers back their $$. Beyond sad at how they treat people…stay woke and look at you receipts
