The staff was verbally complaining about caustically to place an order. My pizza was cold, like fresh out of the fridge cold and I did not receive my side!! Poor service and food!! Do not recommend!
Update: 1/16/26 owner did respond to original review. However, I’ve received no response from the email that sent per request. All around bad service at this location!

I am grateful for the service provided and the quality of food I get. I am mentioned and greeted by name, and if an employee does not know my name they still greet me kindly. If I have a question, if the staff doesn’t know they ask another staff or contact Daniel (the store manager), who is polite. Thank you for providing one less meal I have to make and it’s tasty too. I also like the rewards that is offered through the app. The app as a whole for pizza hut could be better, FYI!

Cleanest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I’ve been to many Pizza Huts and they were definitely one time purchases due to poor customer service, cleanliness, and inability to make a good pizza, but this one is completely different. I’ll definitely be coming back. Ariana is very courteous and charismatic. The pizza came out amazing. Thank you!

A bare bones Pizza Hut, but the food was great, and it had a limited area to dine in. Not a typical dine-in experience, but there were tables to eat at if you bought pizza, but no wait staff.
Update: I went back today, and they have improved the dining room to include a Salad bar! So it’s a step in the right direction.

I called to express my concern for the fact that my pizza had puddles of oil on it. And was told it’s because of the type of pizza I ordered.the manager then told me she doesn’t know what I want her to do for me right now because that’s what I ordered. As someone who regularly orders Pizza Hut this entire experience was beyond disappointing. I didn’t want my money back tbh I just wanted pizza without a side of cardiac arrest. Nevertheless here’s to the money wasted on a pizza I wouldn’t even feed to a stray.
