Manager is HORRIBLE. My girlfriend got extremely sick after eating their pizza and asked for a refund. It took the manager 7 DAYS to respond, and it was one of their employees talking to us on the phone instead of the manager. Not the employee’s fault, but incredibly weird that the manager took forever to get back for a refund and just for an employee to get back to us. Incredibly incompetent, and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.

Ordered delivery on their app yesterday. It took an hour and 22 minutes exactly to arrive. The shop is just a bit over half a mile away. No update in the food or delivery status regarding the delay. The food was cold, my wings were soggy and the breadsticks were an unholy brick of carbs and cheese.
Called their shop and got put on hold forever only to find out they don’t know why there is such a holdup, because they depend on third party drivers.
All I know is I spent 50$+ and received terrible service and goods. Might as well stock up on frozen pizza from stop and shop, the food will be way cheaper, timely, and taste about the same.
(They also forgot to give me the one of the dips I paid extra for, so that was fun.)

We ordered a Pizza for NYE for me and my Wife and unfortunately seems like the person wanted to leave sooner then later the pizza dough was barely cooked and barely had cheese too. Won’t be ordering from here again we where very upset.

Thus pizza hut skimps on everything. My orders always have underwhelming toppings. That’s really the only thing I can say that gets my fired up. If I order a pizza I just want to see a nice amount of toppings. Always under the bar. I once got the wrong order and wanted to get a refund and they always Pass you off to a manager who is never there. Tried calling the customer line and they tell you to call the store. Pizza hut just isn’t for the customer anymore, and have resulted turning the one beloved restaurant to all pizza hut express that you’d find at a target.

You walk in and there’s no one at the counter, just a bunch of people waiting for service while everyone talks in the back. Lady literally slammed on the counter and no one came out. Terrible service

I ordered food for delivery and spoke with someone on the phone only for my food never to come. When I tried to call them for an update the line said they were closed. They took my order and said it would be 45-50 minutes only to never let me know the order was cancelled. Beyond pissed off as this was my dinner.

A very bad place. I came to place an order and the wait was too long. I asked why they were taking so long and they said it was because there were only 2 people in the kitchen and 1 serving in front. It was really bad. I waited for more than half an hour It’s not the first time it happens
