I have tried to contact a manager at this store but was told there is not one. It was delivered cold, the pizza was like cardboard and barely any sauce was on it. It is not edible at all and i feel sick from one piece. It almost like the pizza was a week old. It was also barely cut into slices. It was very dry, the toppings were dry, i will include pictures. I have never had to complain about an order from this store so I’m not sure what happened but I’m not very happy spending 50 dollars on pizza that i can’t eat. My other orders seemed to be made with pride in the pizza they make but this was just absolutely so bad I’m taking the time to write. Especially the New Yorker pizza, that one is always juicy and delicious but this was like biting into cardboard. 50 dollars pizza for cardboard.

Drove 2 hrs from CT to Mass for this?? I was here over a year ago and the pizza was not like this. It was like how I remembered pizza hut as a child. This time the crust was very thin and doughy and u can plainly see how floppy it was. I was I had taken an pic of the super supreme I ordered that looked like handfuls of raw vegetables just thrown on there with no cheese. It took them 25 mins to bring me my food. I worked at a PH before so i know all you do is add the toppings to an already prepared dough with sauce and it cooks for like 5-7 mins. Anyway I would have waited 45 mins IF the pizza was what I was hoping for when I drove 2 hrs. The taste was mediocre at best it lacked some of the robust flavor PH pizzas used to have. I am highly disappointed and will never return here again. Whoever authorized these changes in the pizza should be fired. This was the last pizza chain I would think about visiting since they usually are hit or miss anyways. I will keep my butt in CT theres plenty of way better pizza spots anyway. I just wanted to relive some of my childhood again. Thanks Pizza Hut for royally screwing that up for me. What makes it worse is that I anticipated such good pizza I bought 3 bill came up to $60 for this trash!

The worst experience Ive ever had waiting for my Breadsticks with extra Cheese filled cheese pizza there was an Altercation between the workers and started to an argument while I was waiting for my Order. Firing one of them and bolted out the store expecting a Fight towards someone else working there. I do not guarantee this place to anyone if there ordering but they have good Desserts but most orders are alittle too sweet compared to Lil cesers

First and last visit ever to this location.
Walked inside and the ENTIRE floor was sticky and none of the tables were clean either.
I was the first person of our group to order and I ordered a small pizza and some cheesy garlic bread. I was the last one to get my food and I still had to ask if my food was ready. I also ordered the salad but every single salad plate had food left on it. Also, I ate the first slice of my pizza and when I picked up my second slice of pizza, there was a dime sized piece of plastic under it.
There was also no signs for the food you could purchase and there were no prices. Instead there was a very torn and dirty printed piece of paper with some items listed. This paper had no prices on it either.
The bathrooms were also very gross. There was no toilet paper and there were paper towels and trash on the floor in the bathrooms.

Went to have lunch. They had NO MENU. NONE. HOW DO YOU RUN A RESTAURANT WITH NO MENU NO PRICES POSTED NOTHING. absolutely horrible service. The cook had her young child running around. The kid was spitting. This use to be a decent place. Idk what happened but it’s gone to hell. Won’t be back. Floor was filthy also.

My family and I love Pizza Hut! Sadly, Pizza Hut restaurants are no longer in my state. We travel quite a distance, over an hour away, to get Pizza Hut! This particular Pizza Hut restaurant is clean, organized, and well taken care of. The employees are friendly, helpful, tidy, and laundered. Every time we have gotten food here for ‘TO GO’ it has always been great! Pizza Hut, Keep up with the good work and we will keep traveling the distance for you!

We were told dine-in was not allowed, but others were allowed to dine in at the same time. We felt discriminated against.

my work place. The employees from Pizza hut come into my gas station regularly they are always so nice and will even go out of thier way on thier breaks to bring over food so I dont have to door dash because I have a single coverage store even being an assistant manager I cannot leave the premises so they bring me lunch or dinner
Thier pizza is Always cooked to Perfection.
I love the cheesy bread sticks and of course thier Cinna Sticks that are Phenomenal.
I give this pizza hut location a
10 out of 10
I am a regular customer and I absolutely love the food here.
But what keeps me coming back as well
Are The Employees. Like I said not many people go out of thier way to bring food to people but they do. When I work a 10-13 hour shift that pizza and Cinna sticks hit the spot . I can not Thank them enough.

I love my food especially my stuff crust pizza…I was able to place my order online and pay at the store it was ready when i got there and all i had to do is pay…now you have to pay with a card not happy with so much going on and people taking your card number…I loved paying in the store but ordering online…I called the phone number and they gave me a person that’s not even working in the store so now I am going to have to go straight to the store to order and wait…I am not happy with that…But happy for my food.
