This place is a total scam. They list themselves as several different restaurants on Uber Eats and yet they will never make the food. They appear to exist only to waste everybody’s time and money and offer nothing but excuses. Dear owner/operator, If you do not “do Uber Eats” anymore, remove you’re ghost kitchen nonsense from the platform. This has been going on for months and you are becoming a public nuisance. I will be contacting relevant parties regarding this incredibly suspicious and disrespectful business practice of yours.

So i ordered from Door dash from a place called Pasta Paradise. It came from the address and location I was very familiar with late night orders, Pizza House on 23rd and Penn. I quit ordering when rumors of one of the workers had Hep C. When I received my food it did not only look nothing like was was advertised. They sent something I don’t even see on their menu. It was supposed to be a Alfredo Pasta with chicken, bacon and onions. I received a Tomato pasta with mushrooms, broccoli, and some congealed cheese on top. It honestly was like they took bagged frozen broccoli and mushrooms and mixed with cheap tomato paste. Reheated a frozen meal and then sent it out. The side of mushrooms look and well….taste like fried gas station mushrooms. Called the location and was advised in a less than carrying way they couldn’t help me.

I’m rating this place off what I ordered last week. I decided to order it again. On Google maps it prompts you to order from a 3rd party like, let’s say.. DoorDash. So I used DoorDash and I ordered $53 worth of food because I was surprised how good it was for very late food. I watched the DoorDash tracker all the way to my house. Instructions were to leave it on the table by my door. After the status said “delivered, I opened my door and there was no food. I even checked all the neighbor’s porches. Needless to say I never got my food and Pizza House had no fault in this. I gave a good rating because before it was good. I writing this review for you not to use the DoorDash contactless delivery

Travis at front desk was super helpful. Otherwise these guys charged me $20 for a pie with sparser toppings than a 2-topping pizza and it was bland. $20 pizza worse than $10 pie from Eagle One or Little Caesars. Didn’t even start to make my order til I arrived 15min after calling for carryout.

I found brochures for this restaurant at the hotel I was staying at, the country Inn and Suites, but when I tried to make an order, they wanted to charge me $15 in fees for a $15 order(which is their minimum for delivery). and when I tried to change what I wanted to order slightly, they just told me it’s too far they won’t deliver there, which is an obvious lie. Absolutely horrible customer service and wildly overpriced. Don’t waste your money and just go for somewhere higher quality that isn’t staffed by people that treat their customers with disrespect

Nothing special. We ordered a fish dinner, medium five cheese pizza, and some baklava for dessert. The fish are the cheap fish sticks you can buy in the Walmart freezer aisle. The fries were cold, soggy, unsalted, and undercooked. Possibly the worst french fries known to man. The pizza wasn’t bad. It eas extremely basic: bland crust, generic pizza sauce, and a handful of cheese. No special spices, herbs, or ingredients is added to this pizza. The baklava was actually pretty tasty and for only $1.99, I would order it again without hesitation.

I waited over an hour for my food. They guy called and said he’d be at my home in 1 to 2 minutes or was more like 15. I told him the food wasn’t hot and he argued that it was. When I called the store the lady that answered gave him every excuse in the world. I won’t be ordering here again.

What to say!
Well, place an order last night for food, got a call about 30 minutes after the order informing that they were out of mozzarella sticks so they substituted for jalapeño poppers. Received the food, to find multiple pieces of hair inside of the pizza. Pizza didn’t even look like it was fully cooked with the ingredients on top of it and bit into the second pizza to find something hard in the middle of it. Also received the jalapeño poppers and, it was ice cold in the middle.
Contacted the location, and was informed that there was nothing they can do and that I would need to contact menufy to have them resolve the issue. Then was hung up on. Tried to work out, some resolution, before reviewing, but the staff didn’t care. I even offered to bring the food back, because we didn’t eat it and ordered from another restaurant. Spent $104 left a nice tip as well but this is the worst Pizzeria that I have ever spoken to let alone worst restaurant.
If you were looking for good pizza or food in the area, I don’t feel that this restaurant is a great choice. On Google and yelp their reviews are low, but on the menufy for the reviews are high. So I’m not sure if they can remove reviews, but , it’s sad
